Reflection on the effect of December 9th 2010: Resistance behind enemy lines

By Kelevin Stevenson
2/18/17
As the whole world knows by now, the day GA’s enslaved straightened their backs and rebelled under a unified front, against Georgia’s fascist slave system. December 9th 2010 is a part of revolutionary history but that’s just it. It has been 6 years 49 days since GA’s prison population set aside racial, cultural, political, and tribal differences and strove to take their humanity back.

Comrade Earthworm asked me to submit this reflection on GS’s enslaved revolutionary mindstate then, compared to now, and the effect GA’s prison strikes manifested good and bad. The Bad of said actions, has been an ongoing retaliation, GA Dept. of Corrections has continued to sub the enslaved population to. As a result of prisoners using diplomacy to govern themselves, their actions, and their revolutionary stride, the prisoncrats have implemented the Tier torture program, which sole purpose is to punish prisoners for their cultural, political, and militant beliefs. The Ombudsman unit throughout the United States of AmeriKKKa has created so-called behavioral modification programs that are designed to destroy the mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of the enslaved. It is further aided by mental health mad men/women that prescribe prisoners all forms of psychotropic drugs, that do nothing but destroy a human’s brain and body. All of this is subsidized by the federal government. States created and operate special management programs or a statewide policy that attacks any and all humans who resist being oppressed and exploited. The sad fact of the matter is that humans are dying daily in these torture programs. Prisoners are killing themselves to escape torturous days of mind-numbing stagnation and human deprivation that comes with this. I am witness to the many bodies that are carted out of these steel coffins and witness to G.D.C. Administrators scurrying to cover up the truth of the matter. GA is torturing its citizens under the guise of public safety. GA is torturing humans on these KKKlantations and the public is turning a blind eye to this fact. Yet 98% of these tortured men and women will one day walk free of these prison gates. They will come back into society cold-hearted and hate-filled. The taxpayers will get what they deserve, they will get the finished product of the slave system and it will not be what they bargained for. Just like the majority are regretting deep in their hearts they voted for Donald Trump. They’re getting what they asked for and so much more is to come, all of it detrimental to the common man and woman. Now as to the good effects of December 9th 2010 much as been manifested from it. The 2012 hunger strike of Georgia, the 2013 hunger strike of California, the Free Alabama Movement and its day of solidarity 2016. Many both incarcerated and free have been awakened and motivated to get in this good revolutionary fight. Prisoners are now being given a chance to get some education, especially their G.E.D.s. Vocational training is being talked about and college correspondence has increased, the prisoners are trying to arm themselves and better themselves by getting a education anyway they can. Further there are now more revolutionary sparks spreaded throughout Georgia and AmeriKKKa. I realize that one has to accept the bitter with the sweet and that what inspires me and others to keep going. The Revolutionary seed is being planted on The daily and the current political climate will help to cultivate the present and future generations of men and women who refuse to be exploited by this imperialistic/capitalist controlled machine of oppression. Now let me be clear, December 9th 2010 was not the start of the current revolutionary movement but it was high octane gas that was thrown on a already smoldering fire, which exploded brilliantly into a fireball of determined resistance throughout AmeriKKKa’s slave system. It has played a major role in inspiring many to stand up and resist which is a very good thing. In being, I accept the good and bad of it with no regrets. If I had to do it all over again, I would gladly without any hesitation. Even though GA Dept of Corrections tried to lynch me and Comrade Miguel Jackson and the fact we’re still being punished and persecuted for having the courage to stand against oppression and exploitation, I’m still honored and motivated to be a part or cog in something that is greater than the individual. GA’s prison strike of 2010 December 9th 2010 was a very good thing!!

Respectfully submitted,

A captive of the Department of Corruptions

from: Michael “Master Cypher-El” Jordan
While being incarcerated for the last past almost 8 yrs. I have come into the realization that this govern-mental-system has been designed not for the purpose of helping one to rehabilitate himself but to continuously keep one in mental bondage: to tear you down psychologically, to dehumanize you, to strip you of your personal integrity. While being held captive by the Department of Corruptions I’ve witnessed individuals (and experienced myself) being treated as though we are robots. Robots, degraded through verbal and sometimes physical abuse as if we have no emotions. The public have no clue to the fact and matter of the unlawful treatment that is imposed on the lives of those who are incarcerated. True: for an individual to be placed behind these walls majority (not all) actually violated the law but then again; is it right that those same laws be violated by the officials in order to “correct” one for their mistakes of violating the laws?.. Is that Justice? You can’t stop the flood by pouring more water on it! No matter a persons crime the fact should not be  disregarded that “the person” is still a living soul!!!… And deserves to be treated as such. Being convicted of a crime whatever level of severity and then being sentenced only means that one has been exiled from society for a certain period of time in order that one develop a better mentality and respect for the law supposedly set forth to govern ones  morality, but how can a individual obtain this type of rehabilitative state when treated as if your life is worthless because of the mistakes you’ve made in the past? These particular tactics makes an individual harbor more hate and act more rebellious towards the govern-mental-system and its laws; awareness of the hypocrisy! Don’t get me wrong I am not justifying an individual’s actions who through this adversity still refuses to take the initiative to want to rehabilitate himself and also realize the destruction he is causing, not only to himself, but also to those around him. Throughout the Department of Corruption an individual is not deemed rehabilitated until he goes against his morals and principles and diminishes his integrity and dignity, what do you have totally committed yourself to doing and acting, not by the controls of your mind, but by the instructions of another “human being” just as yourself! By logic and reason how should this be considered rehabilitation when you were endowed with the same ability to choose and make decisions (freewill) just as the next person was endowed with. Certain individuals have a thirst for power, a yearn to dominate everything and everyone around them all the while disregarding the fact of infringing on the next man’s life and liberty.  I’m speaking from my mind’s eye on  the on-going matters that’s constantly being applied by the machine (in part) Georgia Department of Corruption (especially at Hayes State Prison); harassment by the enforcers (CERT Team), maltreatment and excessive use of force, daily acts of psychological disparagement is imposed in an attempt to violate one’s personal Integrity, refusal of meals, improper use of electrical immobilizer (taser), verbal threats of assault, and mainly, involuntary penal servitude. How can this corrupt Department be considered a rehabilitation center??? The type of treatment that one is subjected to is not apart of the sentencing from the judge, if so, then there would not be laws set to cover the actions of the officials!.. (In which there are). So with all this; I say to the people… Incarcerated lives matter!!! I leave as I come with,
Peace, respect, and encouragement
To the struggle

Unity in Georgia Prisons

To all comrades on lockdown or in population. Regardless of your affiliation, belief or religion this applies to all of you…

I know and overstand all that has happened over the past few years dealing with different fractions. And as you all can see things have only gotten worser & worser. All we’ve done was forced D.O.C. to implement a mental oppression program called “Tier” which is designed to break us to control us. What’s going on have begin to affect us all with their attempts to demoralize us by driving us of basic human needs. We being oppressed, suppressed, & repressed on a daily basics and we doing nothing to ameliorate our situation why? Because for number one we have no UNITY. We’ve allowed prison officials to use divide-and-conquer tactics on us and use guard brutality and the “Tier” to install fear and all we doing is helping them by oppressing each other. We worry so much about harming each other, keeping our foot on each other neck and forget him he not a part of what we apart of or he not from where we from so forget him. This type of thinking not helping us. In order to stop this imperialist system we as a whole have to be willing to put all our differences aside we gotta realize we not each other enemy the enemy go home everyday the enemy come up with more diabolical things to harm us mentally & physically. These pigs attempting to mentally incapitate us & again we helping them by looking at each other as enemies by looking down on the next man instead of uplifting him. We as a whole got to stand as one with the VOICE OF ALL we the only ones that can stop this mental, physical and emotional oppression Being administered by prison officials. Every major state have a major prison movement that stand for prisoner rights the only way we going to change GA D.O.C. we got to start our own. We have people out there in society that’s willing to help us and stand with us and get us the media attention we need.

We gotta have unity we can’t be afraid to unify with the next gang, organization, family, belief or religion.

We in prison but we still have rights..

Love & loyalty

MISUNDERSTOOD

How could they not understand? This is a question that I asked when we are forced to retaliate because justice has been prejudiced against us throughout many years, pushing us to live with so many fears due to the deep tones of internalized oppression that was passed along several generations of our ancestors, what normal person with a civilized mind hoards a hate-filled heart towards another for their cultural relations with nature that a higher source created? Despite skin color, ethnic origin, political affiliation, socio-economic status, sexual orientation or religious belief – our ultimate purpose is to live life in peace,

But through the years of political tyranny anger and power has caused us to hate one another, in depths that we’ve lost the capacity to have empathy for others who suffer from the same struggle,

The world has become a place of poverty and servitude, organized and designed so that white supremacy will forever rule, they’re consumed with the belief that all poors are entitled to unjust rewards, a ritualized tradition that prevents the majority from moving forward, this is an act of conscience conscienceness that should be considered blasphemy to the lord,

It’s sad to admit the feeling of being left out of that we’re unable to identify with those who suffer it, when the results clearly indicates that we all should begin putting up a different fight for human rights,

The land of dignity, freedom, fairness, and decency? But the system is influenced by the consideration of race that refuses to recognize all human life equally, how could you not understand a fighter of oppression? How could a person declare someone as less than human by placing them in the category of another, refusing to see them as an equal being who deserves the same respect and hospitality and equality that they want for themselves? Do the system expect the oppressed to continue living through all the domestic turmoil of this nation without putting up a fight? We’ve exhausted every available avenue for a positive solution that we hoped would’ve rectified the ugly spirit that has grip the soul of this nation, our calls have been ignored continuously, which has led to a new strategy – FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE!!! Our hands were forced so how could you not understand??

AMMUNITION

Shawty sit down and listen to me cuz I’m raw and uncut which make me the truth. Then again when you look into my eyes I am the future for the young black youth, also I have dreams for bigger and better things like Dr King.

Speaking the X of Malcolm trying not to be dirty like a falcon, to my  niggas in prison doing dead time. You gotta get up strength and elevate your mind, cuz life is not about money, sex and crimes even know we committed a crime God forgive us and hope we find the right state of mind.

Soldiers and thugs may run around beefing, killing each other for what reason and why? Slanging crack in the hood in the stormy weather, but turn around and say the white man is stealing our land raping our ladies and killing our babies. Which is true but if you turn around and FACE REALITY we gave them the power to do what they do. So go read and seek for the truth and find the belief that’s real for you, words from Westside the wild kid of the streets to speaking JEWELS for the young black youth the TRUTH.

The Black Abomination: writings from Valdosta Prison

written by a young Black anarchist: JaCorie Hinton

The Black Abomination

I the Black Race am my own enemy, for years I have brought corruption and destruction amongst my own people. Killing, stabbing, beating and abusing my own kind with the same structural image as my self Black hair, brown eyes, chocolate or caramel colored skin. Installing this illiterate and destructive behavior in our kids making this a continuous cycle embedded in my Black society like a genetic disorder. Causing the prisons to overflow with the majority of my Black people and the streets to be a place unsafe to the Black community and a war zone to the Black uneducated beings lost to jealousy, lust, envy, and greed. Making it easy to be recruited for the growing prison systems steady flow of my Black bretheren who then become lost in the White Man’s system. We are the Black Abomination a plague, sickness, a disease to our own race. We are our very own geneside and manufacturer of our own Extinction. And until we can overcome these manipulative and destructive living conditions we will always be the minority of the human existence. We are hated as a whole by Amerika and in the rest of the world, and looked upon as the Black Abomination we are are own enemy but I am still proud to say I am Black. Teach and protect our race so one day our race will live on Black Lives Matter

Protest organizer on lockdown for demanding fair pay

Georgia prisoners this is your comrade blaqman seer behind enemy lines at Hayes state prison. the time is now for us as a whole to come as one and grieve the involuntary pennal servitude and poor sources for rehabilitation in the Georgia state penal system. the ” working against the recidivisim act” is an act that set guidelines for prisoner payments under o.c.g.a 42.5.120-125 in compliance with the u.s.c. title 18 section 1726 prison industrail enhancement ( pie) certification program. If by right we can be paid the by right we must fight. the officers here at Hayes state prison are actually advising resistance against the corrupt order of repression at the prison. warden sparryberry is aware of the maltreatment and malpractices that is being implemented. who can society blame, the creation of disorder or its creator? the logical answer to the hidden truth behind the reasoning of Georgia prison industry. slavery for the oligarchs. I speak the truth when I say a indigent being, being force to commit criminal acts to survive who only works with the means provided by the hiearchy. we work 7 days a week without pay for 10 hours at the least and our oblige incentives are turned into privileges. self reliance is to get it by the means in which are available and necessary. we are force to think like criminals being that the order of control is criminalize to. all power to the struggle! we must realize there is no justice it is just us

Fascism in AmeriKKKa

Here in AmeriKKKa there’s a underlying current of prejudice and fascism from every spectrum of color. There exists only a fraction of mankind that doesn’t participate in separation and discrimination between the races. The reality is that hate and oppression is always present, it’s just the majority of AmeriKKKan citizens deliberately wear blinders so they can always deny that they know anything about the fascism that has always existed in this land or country of so-called democracy. In 1918 to 1930 white nationalists were riled up by the movie “Birth of a Nation” and whites of all financial standing were motivated to enroll and participate in the Ku Klux Klan or any organization that was founded upon race hate or separatism. Now due to Trump spewing his hate openly and catering to a fascist base nature, they are coming out in droves. No need to be shocked this is AmeriKKKa after all! I agree Clinton is no better choice both are evil in essence and hold hidden agendas for the rich and powerful. Even though the Ghost Skins and Ghostface scream white power and kracker love, they don’t realize that they are also being exploited and oppressed by this capitalistic system that serves to keep the imperialists in power. The rich keep getting richer and the poor are the foot stools they use to make it happen. Anyway all I’m hearing is Trump and Clinton, how will it affect America, yet both are for the super-rich. I haven’t heard anything about North Dakota or the pipeline. I thought Obama had killed the Keystone project. I guess that was the throw off now they trying to destroy the environment more with the continued drilling for oil. Imperialist greed shall lead to the destruction of mankind and what’s sad is the poor man’s refusal to stand and fight for his children children’s future. The eventual Devolution of modern man if such a thing if such a thing exists; in man’s modernization he has lost touch with nature and his humanity and that is the recipe for self-destruction. Anyway I feel that taking a stand against this imperialist capitalistic system will have a ripple effect and bounce back in due time.

The “tier” program is being used to break us mentally

Around 90% of black inmates released off the tier program into the society either start a life of crime and be in and out of jail, return to prison, do nothing productive with their lives or get killed.

Why is that when this supposed to be a “therapeutic” program designed to rehabilitate and change our way of thinking?

I’ll tell you why because the “tier” program is being used to break us mentally so they can control us.

We being stripped of all rights and forced to endure degrading inhuman conditions.

And people wonder why Georgia recidivism rate is so high.

It’s because prisoners not being allowed to pursue an education get trades or job enhancing skills so our brother’s getting out the same way they came in or worser.

You keep a man locked in a two-man sell 24 hours a day for years
forcing us to accept the small amounts of food put on trays
forcing us to smell another man feces
forcing us to live in inclement conditions
forcing us to endure weather so hot if you move you sweat.

How can you help rehabilitate a person in this type atmosphere? They not trying to. That’s the plan to either break us mentally or force us into withdrawal or depression where we lash out aggressively.

Nothing positive come from this program. Look at how many prisoners have turned to mental health to try & relieve the mental pain being administered by prison officials oppressive program.

Real life: Poetry behind bars

Real life
At times in my cell I often wanna raise hell, but it’s the life I live have my heart shedding silent tears.
So many years in here so many dreams in the wind I count my blessings in life everyday is a fight.
These craKKKers got us in prisons institutionalize in their system. Ancestors fought for our freedom now we killing and drug dealing.
They steady making prisons just a modern day slavery one world order don’t even know what we’re facing.
It’s time to wake up and start fulfilling our legacies black kings and queens all our childhood dreams lost in the system in this white man’s world but we have come to far to let it go like this.
How are we going to win going against each other how we going to lose if we come together
