If There’s Anybody Out There Please Help Us

By Paul Maynard
At Valdosta State Prison on the Tier II Program

Greetings to all my fellow comrades and those who care. I’m still sitting in this long-term solitary confinement longer than I was sentenced to, trying to figure it all out. It is said this is a 9-month program but yet when we (humans) finish our program with good behavior we still get three plused. Which means we won’t get off the program for another three months which totals up to 12 months on this Tier II program. That’s a whole year! “SMH”, somebody, anybody please help us. All you have to do is come to Valdosta State Prison and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about you have people on 3 plus just because they (the administration) don’t like you, if you’re a smart gentleman who uses the pen to take action you are getting 3 plused, etc. etc. What’s the difference between those being forced into torture chambers and those who are being held and forced to stay in long-term solitary confinement longer than sentenced. It’s no difference we are all being tortured. Somebody please help us! We don’t change our jumpsuits for months, and months at a time, the jumpsuit I have on now I had this jumpsuit since the end of February. When we write grievances they give us a receipt, but our grievances get intercepted and thrown out for everything we write up. We can have all the evidence needed and they’ll still say it wasn’t enough evidence to process a grievance. And they’ll deny it. I thought this was a free country who believes in being equal. I’m not a man who speaks on negativity, I’m a man who believes in righteousness and if it’s not right it’s gotta be wrong. even a newborn baby knows when they’re being treated wrong. This is going on all around the world, racism. Let me speak on something brother Melvin Jackson spoke on. He’s right about the situation he spoke on. But he also has to remember who those people have to answer to so the same African Americans whose oppressing us (humans) are puppets to the higher up in higher positions. It’s no excuse for them I just wanted to touch bases on that article. It’s a true fact mostly white administrations are fair when mostly African-American administrations are busy trying to prove thereselves to the whites that they are not even worried about the pain you’re causing their own race. Brother trigger 1000 spoke on Nat Turner, said he was Nat Turner, Nat Turner was a white slave master other than that statement brother Trigger 1000 has grown to think like a black man. Back to the task at hand we need some urgent help at Valdosta State Prison in Valdosta Georgia. These officials tell us things then blame it on the board of pardons and paroles, which is in Atlanta GA. Everything from why do they use 7% pepper spray in cells when its stated in the S.O.P. it’s only supposed to be used in riots. The officials say it was notarized and Atlanta approved of them to use it. We’re staying in long-term solitary confinement 23 hours a day except on Saturdays and Sundays where we stay in our cells 24 hours a day. When they Administration purchase snacks and food from restaurants in society with inmate trust funds they punish phases 1, 2, and 3 by not giving us any of it. But yet we pay for it with our $1 a month $4 for disciplinary reports $5 for sick calls and five more dollars for the medication they put us on which adds up to $10, they tell us if you don’t do this or that you’re not getting it. Now I’m not the smartest man in the world but isn’t that extortion, which is a constitutional right. It’s against the law to extort am I right? Why is it safe for the law to break the law and not get punished but the blacks and the poor break a lot we get over punished for it. I’m so serious when I say this, please somebody help us! It’s all lies they blame the board Department of Corrections for everything. Excuse me, Department of KKKorrections! Somebody needs to get the CNN news to come and check out what’s going on at prisons Tier 2 programs like Valdosta State Prison located in Valdosta GA, Hays State Prison located in Trion GA, Ware state prison located in Waycross GA, Telfair State Prison located in Telfair, GA, Smith State Prison located in Glennville, GA and Macon State Prison. It gets sadder than that though! If any type of official help in any type of way possible they Correctional offers officers feel they’re being entirely too nice. It doesn’t matter what it is, it can be that I’m giving us some positive advice or anything to help our mental or give us some enlightenment out of the Bible or whatever religion you are. Why don’t they want us to get that type of help. Why do they tell counselors to write some things on paper then they turn right around and show this person and that person what’s going on with this inmate and that inmate. They say different sessions are supposed to be confidential but turn around and let one of their co-workers know what’s going on. We (humans) aren’t safe nowhere in this place. Insight if you care y’all would get somebody out here to check on us just one time without Department of KKKorrections knowing until it is too late. Mainly Valdosta State Prison because it’s plain as day. They got people in position of authority that don’t have the slightest idea of what they’re doing. All me and every other prisoner is asking is that someone please come help us. We understand being punished for our law breaking crimes we committed but you also have to take into consideration that in places like Georgia, Florida and Alabama we’re guilty until proven innocent. But still we’re not complaining about our time because we understand our sentence but what we don’t understand and wasn’t explained to us was how badly we was gonna be treated. We’re treated like stray dogs, wild animals or even as if we got that deadly disease Ebola. The governor and commissioner 2 white guys who’s behind the strings of a African-American Administration. I sent a copy of some of the things that’s been done when we file a grievance. I have yet to hear or see any response behind us my brothers being jumped on. We took the big step and sacrificed ourselves on September 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th on the behalf of the September 9th movement. In return all we got was some blind individuals who told us they were on our side but yet kept using excuses like we can’t beat them or we gone lose. No one was thinking positive except for me, Gutta mike, Trouble G, Trey Mac and Trill. We accomplished a little we wasn’t getting mail on Friday but now we are. But on to what my point is, my point is we got assaulted by correctional officers and we used the P.O.T.P. (power of the pen) and they only sent me this paper from the Commissioner’s Office stating my grievance isn’t appealable when it clearly states that all informal grievances are appealable and they even went as far as blaming Internal Affairs, stating Internal Affairs had my informal grievance. Ok, I was suppose to speak with them they never saw me and none of the rest of my brothers either. Somebody please help us it’s us against them just put yourself in our shoes. Send someone to Valdosta State Prison in Valdosta Georgia and Hays State Prison in Trion Georgia. Send the news, CNN and I guarantee you that you got a huge story and a big change. Use my name if you want I don’t care, but I do care about a change in this cruel system. Sacrifices must be made and I’m willing to make it. “Love”

Prisoners languishing on Tier Program longer than allowed

4/2/2017

The GA Dept. of Corrections con is being perpetrated in the guise of Valdosta State Prison not having enough cells to release prisoners from its Tier II Torture Program. The majority of prisoners being housed on this behavioral modification / prolonged solitary KKKonfinement program never met the criteria to be placed on the program nor were they sanctioned to the program as is mandated by the statutory language of G.D.C.’s S.O.P. IIB09-0001 and IIB09-0003 (A) policy. Warden Stanley Williams has been relieving Tier II appeals and many have been recommended to be returned to the general population due to them completing the program, failed to meet the standard, for such housing etc. Yet I and others are arbitrarily and unlawfully being forced to be housed in this torture program. As of Feb 4th 2017, the tier II classification recommended 3 plus status until the facility responded. On Feb 27th Warden Stanley Williams disagreed with the tier II classification recommendation and instead order that I placed on tier I and returned to population, even so I am still on prolonged solitary KKKonfinement. The excuse given is “There’s no cells in general population place you or others who’ve won their Tier II appeals.” So even though GA Dept. of KKKorrections states on its website this program is not to be used as a tool of punishing punishment or retaliation its actions are contrary to its stated false intent. Prisoners are deliberately being malnourished, subjected to mental and physical deprivations, and now denied access to their community by being forced to give or participate in a program that spies on their families through a phone system that targets S.T.G’s and their associates. Prisoners must now submit their voices to voice recognition software / spyware in order to use the phone. Due to me being conscious of the government intent I refused to give my voice. I’d rather write than call any comrade who’ll be tagged as a member of a street terrorist group as it is applied by the homeland security / Patriot Act. Anyone or any organization that stands and fights against government oppression in all its forms, is considered by the federal government a potential domestic terrorist. So all revolutionary minded prisoners and families, friends, and political associates are tagged and watched closely. So beware of what you do and say on that phone line. Before I close this I’d like to send a shout out to all the brothers and sisters, fighting this imperialistic / capitalistic machine of  oppression.

Respectfully

Reflection on the effect of December 9th 2010: Resistance behind enemy lines

By Kelevin Stevenson
2/18/17
As the whole world knows by now, the day GA’s enslaved straightened their backs and rebelled under a unified front, against Georgia’s fascist slave system. December 9th 2010 is a part of revolutionary history but that’s just it. It has been 6 years 49 days since GA’s prison population set aside racial, cultural, political, and tribal differences and strove to take their humanity back.

Comrade Earthworm asked me to submit this reflection on GS’s enslaved revolutionary mindstate then, compared to now, and the effect GA’s prison strikes manifested good and bad. The Bad of said actions, has been an ongoing retaliation, GA Dept. of Corrections has continued to sub the enslaved population to. As a result of prisoners using diplomacy to govern themselves, their actions, and their revolutionary stride, the prisoncrats have implemented the Tier torture program, which sole purpose is to punish prisoners for their cultural, political, and militant beliefs. The Ombudsman unit throughout the United States of AmeriKKKa has created so-called behavioral modification programs that are designed to destroy the mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of the enslaved. It is further aided by mental health mad men/women that prescribe prisoners all forms of psychotropic drugs, that do nothing but destroy a human’s brain and body. All of this is subsidized by the federal government. States created and operate special management programs or a statewide policy that attacks any and all humans who resist being oppressed and exploited. The sad fact of the matter is that humans are dying daily in these torture programs. Prisoners are killing themselves to escape torturous days of mind-numbing stagnation and human deprivation that comes with this. I am witness to the many bodies that are carted out of these steel coffins and witness to G.D.C. Administrators scurrying to cover up the truth of the matter. GA is torturing its citizens under the guise of public safety. GA is torturing humans on these KKKlantations and the public is turning a blind eye to this fact. Yet 98% of these tortured men and women will one day walk free of these prison gates. They will come back into society cold-hearted and hate-filled. The taxpayers will get what they deserve, they will get the finished product of the slave system and it will not be what they bargained for. Just like the majority are regretting deep in their hearts they voted for Donald Trump. They’re getting what they asked for and so much more is to come, all of it detrimental to the common man and woman. Now as to the good effects of December 9th 2010 much as been manifested from it. The 2012 hunger strike of Georgia, the 2013 hunger strike of California, the Free Alabama Movement and its day of solidarity 2016. Many both incarcerated and free have been awakened and motivated to get in this good revolutionary fight. Prisoners are now being given a chance to get some education, especially their G.E.D.s. Vocational training is being talked about and college correspondence has increased, the prisoners are trying to arm themselves and better themselves by getting a education anyway they can. Further there are now more revolutionary sparks spreaded throughout Georgia and AmeriKKKa. I realize that one has to accept the bitter with the sweet and that what inspires me and others to keep going. The Revolutionary seed is being planted on The daily and the current political climate will help to cultivate the present and future generations of men and women who refuse to be exploited by this imperialistic/capitalist controlled machine of oppression. Now let me be clear, December 9th 2010 was not the start of the current revolutionary movement but it was high octane gas that was thrown on a already smoldering fire, which exploded brilliantly into a fireball of determined resistance throughout AmeriKKKa’s slave system. It has played a major role in inspiring many to stand up and resist which is a very good thing. In being, I accept the good and bad of it with no regrets. If I had to do it all over again, I would gladly without any hesitation. Even though GA Dept of Corrections tried to lynch me and Comrade Miguel Jackson and the fact we’re still being punished and persecuted for having the courage to stand against oppression and exploitation, I’m still honored and motivated to be a part or cog in something that is greater than the individual. GA’s prison strike of 2010 December 9th 2010 was a very good thing!!

Respectfully submitted,

Unity in Georgia Prisons

To all comrades on lockdown or in population. Regardless of your affiliation, belief or religion this applies to all of you…

I know and overstand all that has happened over the past few years dealing with different fractions. And as you all can see things have only gotten worser & worser. All we’ve done was forced D.O.C. to implement a mental oppression program called “Tier” which is designed to break us to control us. What’s going on have begin to affect us all with their attempts to demoralize us by driving us of basic human needs. We being oppressed, suppressed, & repressed on a daily basics and we doing nothing to ameliorate our situation why? Because for number one we have no UNITY. We’ve allowed prison officials to use divide-and-conquer tactics on us and use guard brutality and the “Tier” to install fear and all we doing is helping them by oppressing each other. We worry so much about harming each other, keeping our foot on each other neck and forget him he not a part of what we apart of or he not from where we from so forget him. This type of thinking not helping us. In order to stop this imperialist system we as a whole have to be willing to put all our differences aside we gotta realize we not each other enemy the enemy go home everyday the enemy come up with more diabolical things to harm us mentally & physically. These pigs attempting to mentally incapitate us & again we helping them by looking at each other as enemies by looking down on the next man instead of uplifting him. We as a whole got to stand as one with the VOICE OF ALL we the only ones that can stop this mental, physical and emotional oppression Being administered by prison officials. Every major state have a major prison movement that stand for prisoner rights the only way we going to change GA D.O.C. we got to start our own. We have people out there in society that’s willing to help us and stand with us and get us the media attention we need.

We gotta have unity we can’t be afraid to unify with the next gang, organization, family, belief or religion.

We in prison but we still have rights..

The “tier” program is being used to break us mentally

Around 90% of black inmates released off the tier program into the society either start a life of crime and be in and out of jail, return to prison, do nothing productive with their lives or get killed.

Why is that when this supposed to be a “therapeutic” program designed to rehabilitate and change our way of thinking?

I’ll tell you why because the “tier” program is being used to break us mentally so they can control us.

We being stripped of all rights and forced to endure degrading inhuman conditions.

And people wonder why Georgia recidivism rate is so high.

It’s because prisoners not being allowed to pursue an education get trades or job enhancing skills so our brother’s getting out the same way they came in or worser.

You keep a man locked in a two-man sell 24 hours a day for years
forcing us to accept the small amounts of food put on trays
forcing us to smell another man feces
forcing us to live in inclement conditions
forcing us to endure weather so hot if you move you sweat.

How can you help rehabilitate a person in this type atmosphere? They not trying to. That’s the plan to either break us mentally or force us into withdrawal or depression where we lash out aggressively.

Nothing positive come from this program. Look at how many prisoners have turned to mental health to try & relieve the mental pain being administered by prison officials oppressive program.

I am a victim of this KKKorrections Department. “Like criminals they lock us in cages, some niggas some stars once you put them on stages.”
How can that be? When our rights are violated on a daily basis. The trick to wear down the man mind, by making him think that it’s cool to be mistreated or disrespected by staff. It’s cool to not write a grievance to inform someone of the abuse. The key to wearing down one’s mental state, you must first make one feel less of a man by taking away our food!! Mail and pictures. Denying a man to go to a Rec Pen/yard to relieve himself of stress. To put ignorant inmates around to always create commotion and confusion. While staff is only here for short periods of time, an inmate is stuck to deal with horrified reality. Courage motivates me to stand up and believe in myself to endure this hardship. Some would say is a mental warfare and only the strong survive. How much can one man really handle? And who made the KKKorrections Department a judge on how much mental anguish one must accept in order to be deemed a contender in the mental Championship Warfare League? They would consider me a rebellious negro because when it was their turn to fuck me I didn’t take the penetration smoothly, I wiggled and tried to fight back which caused them an upset in their regular fucking. Every time an opportunity comes available one must have strength to muster on. Why stop and pretend to play dead? When one can continue running to find hope and freedom. It’s better to die on your feet than to live on your knees, means why settle for the normal or what they call normal when I can wander free. We must all use our inner self and realize the way we view things, do things are called habits or patterns. It was a norm way back when to accept the things one wouldn’t change. With 2020 approaching we must stop this Poor way of thinking, Poor way of doing things, Poor way of living we must stand for ourselves. We must aid and assist our brothers and sisters. We must understand that we didn’t ask to be here, but since we are, we should make the stay comfortable. Why settle for less? Why not achieve more? The sky’s the limit and that’s a true statement. In this Urban Jungle there is always another jungle out there, another set of grass that we have not stepped on or partaking of it’s fruits. No more habitual living. No more habitual way of thinking. Shoot for the stars and if failed you still land amongst the clouds. Be on the lookout for my ROOT Recollecting Our Own True selves thesis.

“Only as One Will We Defeat Our Adversaries”

Revolutionary greetings to all

My comrade and I sit a mere few cells apart from one another in the belly of the beast, contemplating on how we can set up a solid and sound infrastructure amongst my peers to overcome any and all kinds of adversity set before us to simply dilute our strike for betterment as one. You see we are just two of the mass going through oppressive malpractices being used in the tyrannical Georgia courts and penal system. Our human rights are constantly violated by the maladministration at Georgia State Prison in Reidsville, GA. Not only are we fighting the charlatans of justice but also the guile quislings in sheep clothing as well. After speaking with a few peers about taking a stand many became afraid of just the mere thought! Numbers became a big factor because the machine is made of many but it is our one common enemy. My comrads and I are working towards reincarnating the U.N.A.T.M movement (United Nations Against The Machine). For we know only as one will we defeat our adversaries. The odds are stacked against us this we know and many of my fellow peers question our mission with a concious of complete failure and nothing getting done about the maltreatment we are witnessing and face. Prominently, their main fear is being placed deeper within their confinement inside one of the many torture chambers guised as a step down program known as the ”Tier Program”; All of which my comrade and I have discussed and forseen as a probable future fate for ourselves. But to those we say this, at some point in time sacrifices have to be made in order for you to prevail.

There are statistics, research, and victims/witnesses that can plea the maltreatment and abusive authority that managed this industry of human servitude for capital. This can be a complaint of the victims and their supporters that will never cease if our endeavors as willful contestors continue to fall short caused by our inferior beliefs about the road of tribulation and long suffering we must first stride across. We have to continue concentrating more on devising efficient solutions to work in our favor. Realize the inalienable right to revolt and grieve any form of goverment that is found guilty operating under corruption. Georgia prisoners must recognize the Nation wide sacrifices, movements and changes other states and our comrades are making to bring justice to our unjust court and penal system. Exposure to media outlets, study groups about our rights as humans but most of all there must be a unified struggle against this repressive system within the system of policy. We lack courageous and solid solidarity in the Georgia penitentiary.

The U.N.A.T.M. (United Nations Against the Machine) was an official calling to end frivilous Quarrels between the common Georgia prisoners of war. Thus, as the movement proves to be more sufficient than the defective tier program many promoters/members of the U.N.A.T.M were then placed on the ”Tier.” For trying to bring peace and unity behind the enemies’ line. I have documentation of the machine repression toward the movement(s) of prisoner solidarity. On the facebook profile (Type in the search box: Vick Colbert or Mgdvick@yahoo.com) pictures displaying classified as State Secrets. Stamped and sealed under the Georgia Central Intelligence Unit (CIU). This is factual evidence that the system of institutional genocide grows and supports prison on prisoner violence and overall the failure to rehabilitate the prisoners of its system. This capitalistic industry justifies its means with the detrimental end of our lives. We as souljas in this struggle challenge all our fellow comrades to come as one. Join the nation wide front against the prisonercrats and their criminal injustice enterprise. We are the problem now let’s be the solution as the revolution!

Tier Program Concerns and Issues: a list of abuses from the inside

  • Sanitation – We are in a cell for 9 months – years at a time. Our rooms is so filthy due to us not being able to properly clean our cells. We are not allowed to use the broom, mop tolitebrush or even given a wash rag to wipe with. They (G.S.P) do not provide you with none of these items to clean with. We can not flush our own tolits. (Is flushing my tolit a privilege? This program is lost of all privileges not rights.) So if my roommate use the bathroom and nobody is in the dorm for hours at a time (which happens all the time) we have to sit in our room and inhale each others waste. It’s so many different germs and bacteria in a human waste that can lead to serious health problems. We are not allowed to put anything over the tolit to try to block the smell. (Not even while eating) not having a tolit button is very inhumane. Being that we cannot flush our own tolet the waste sits in the tolit for hours at a time which causes bacteria to build up. And being we aren’t able to properly clean our tolits (again not even allowed to use the tolit brush) sooner or later we are gone to get sick. According to S.O.P (Standard Operation Procedure) we are supposed to be allowed to properly clean our cells on the regular….

We have a tray box (not the hand cuff flap) that is so filthy that it don’t make no sense at all. So much rust and dirt is caked up in it. The rest along can cause long term health problems. Rust and dirt always gets in our food when the trays is being place in this filthy box. I have never seen these boxes cleaned in the years I have been here. We can not open and clean them our selfs. Showers are never clean (never) one dorm holds 52 inmates. So I have to use the “already dirty showers” as 51 other inmates. Just on the tour program along I have witness so many inmates catch scabies and other infections due to us not being able to clean properly, Have the showers cleaned or have clean cloths.

Lundry only goes out twice a week (supposed to anyway) Tuesday and Thursday. But when we send it out we don’t get it back sometimes up to two weeks. Sheets and blankets never get cleaned. We have to wear jumpsuits which hardly ever get cleaned and exchanged. We have to wear the same jumpsuit for months at a time…. We have to be inspection ready to take a shower (which is not in the S.O.P) if not we don’t shower. That’s not a privilege. That should be treated the same as our trays. Do we got to be inspection ready to eat? To get mail? To get cases from the law library? Ect…

We don’t have proper ventilation. Can’t even open and close all windows at will. The ventilation system has never been clean. The cells are bug and rat infested. We never have our room sprayed for bugs, rats, ect… We cannot shave because they don’t give us no cleaning solution to clean the clippers with after the next man use them.

  • Physical health – the tier S.O.P states that we are supposed to get the same quality and amount as general population. That’s not the case. We are not getting what general population is getting. They only put just enough food on there so you won’t starve. The portion on the food trays is way below standards (based on a 2000 calorie diet) which include juice, milk and whatever else we supposed to have. We not even allowed to exercise properly because they take our yard away. Per S.O.P we are supposed to get five (5) hours a week unless security issues. The staff is so lazy that they don’t want to run showers and yard so they take our yard away. They take away the only hour we get outside our cells. The only hour we get to exercise. We did we do so wrong that we not allowed to maintain our physical health? Even high max security inmates gets a hour a day. It’s supposed to be 23 hour lockdown not 24/7 (23 and 1, not 24 and none) the water is contaminated. We got to be in the cell for 9 months or more without no proper exercise or clean water to drink. The water smells so bad which shows the pipe system have not been flushed or cleaned in years. No sprinklers in our cells. No emergency buttons.
  • Rehabilitation – the tier program is designed to rehabilitate, correct and make you a better person. It hurts you more than it helps you in so many ways. For example, the tier program do not offer any programs that will better you accept the O.U.T program. What about the ones that been back here for years and people who they not gone let out right now and the one’s who only lockdown due to a validation made by the system. The people who haven’t had a DR in months or years? The people administration is failing to let out due to “old” history or whatever reason. The people who is validated GoodFellas and others who been back here for years. How can they complete their case plans? How can they change? If you back here for months/years and the administration not letting you out for whatever reason, you shouldn’t be offered some type of beneficial programs? How can they make parole or complete the programs that is mandated by the parole board and case plan? How can you lock so many people down for so long and not provide them with these programs and education? Do I lose my right or choice to change and rehabilitate? Is thats what the tier program about? I can’t take these certain classes I need to be consider for parole or a transitional center? R-SAP? I cant get my G.E.D? I cannot take MRT, thinking for a change, motivation for change, Matrix recover family violence? Ect… That is mandated by the parole board because of the affiliation the system have me as or because of my old history. Because I got into “one fight” in the past? Or because I got two or three or even five DRs 11 months ago for failure to follow instruction? I can’t better myself, educate myself or strive for change because of mistakes I made so long ago? This is supposed to be about changing, rehabilitation and correcting right? It’s an unfair program. If my roommate is not ready for inspection, but I am fully dress, locker box like it supposed to be, bed made up and standing at attention, we both get punished. Both get drop back down to phase-1. Both cannot take a shower. That along leads to problems. How am I being held accountable for someone’s else actions? Am I supposed to make his bed? Am I supposed to put his cloths on for him? Am I supposed to argue with him about it which gone lead to a fight. Is that is what the program is trying to do? It’s unfair. A trap.
  • Double jeopardy/Triple jeopardy – We are getting punished for the same DR’s at least 2-3 times. First (1st) we receive a DR for the charge, which leads to a 4 dollar fine and store, package and visitation restriction. Second (2nd) for that same DR (same exact) we will be placed on tier-1 program. Third (3rd) even after completing the program successfully, we are recommended to Tier II phase 1 and the reason being is gone have the same exact DR/infraction that you just lost your visitation, store and package privilege for, fine 4 dollars and sent to tier 1. Now tier-2? 9-months “and” once you get done with Tier-2 you have to go “back” two Tier-1 again. All for the same DR’s.

Not to mention this phase 3 plus (3+) phase that is not included in the S.O.P. What are the requirements? The law/rules (S.O.P) is not backing this phase like phases 1, 2, and 3. Without no law/rules that mean they can just put you on 3 plus whenever they feel like it. Up to 5 more times. That’s 15 extra months added to the 9-months you already did. All because the administration don’t like you. We can read the rules and guidelines for they have to follow on everything else except face 3 plus? Something is not right….

The appeal process if unfair itself. The appeal (according to S.O.P) is supposed to go to the counselor to forward to Atlanta (facility director) not to the warden. from the counselor to Atlanta, why does it have to go from counselor to warden and administration then Atlanta? (That’s not S.O.P) How do we know our appeal reaches Atlanta as we wrote it? How do we know it’s getting properly investigated? It do not state why your appeal is being denied.

  • Torture act (and unconstitutional) – The tier-2 program is clearly a torture Act (which is unconstitutional) we are being placed in a cell with a roommate for atleast 9-months- thats years at a time.  without no personal property or hygiene. Not allowed to watch the news, not allowed to receive newspapers, clean our cells, eat properly (like the general population) not allowed to properly exercise, read or educate our selfs. No clean cloths on a regular, no decent water to drink, no pictures, not even nothing to sit on like a stool. No tolit buttons (can’t even flush our own tolit) can’t practise our religions properly. We only allowed 1 Bible or 1 Qu’ran. What about the other religions? What about the religions that require you to read several books a day? The ones that require proper exercise? Stretching and meditation? Law library access? We only allowed 2 cases at a time. How can I really study my case like this?

This program is a torture act. This program not only takes away your privileges, but also your rights.

    G.S.P Tier program

It should be called The Torture Program: Tier Program denies education, sanitation, food, yard time

The Tier program at G.S.P Is not helping us mentally or physical at all. G.S.P Administration is violating all of our rights by not lettin us take G.E.D or any other program that are mandate for alot of us to make parole because we are on the tier. the program is designed for rehabitation. The Administration at G.S.P is using the tier for unusual punishment and physical torture.

we are place in a two man cell without a tolit button. If one of us use the restroom we have to smell each other feces because the officer is not in the dorm to flush our tolits on the regular base’s as they are suppose to. Sometimes we go hour’s without our tolit’s been flush so that’s inhumane to our health.

We don’t receive any clean matiral at all. i been on the tier at G.S.P in room G-3-12 since 8-26-15 and I have not receive a broom mop or any chemial to clean myself at all. Today is 12-15-15. The S.O.P state’s that we are to receive chemial on daily base’s.

They feed us through a box that is fill with rust and other decay that can cause food poison are other illness. The S.O.P state’s that we are suppose to receive 2800 calorie’s every meal. we do not get half of that. We do not received juice wit any meal at all. i been in the tier since Aug-26-15 i have not been outside but 3 time’s because i would not give up my tray’s. The office give us a choice “yard are tray” that’s how bad they are treatin us back here. but the S.O.P state’s that we are to receive one hour a day which we do not get at all. The Administration at G.S.P is corrupted all the way around. We ain’t got no kind of win or help from anyone back here on the tier. We stay lock down 24 hour’s a day 365. The tier program is designed for rehibitation not for torture and weight loss.

The system is going against all laws and poity’s that was implement to start the tier up. G.S.P Administration are comein up with they own law’s to use against us back here on the tier. Like (phase 3 plus) i have the S.O.P on the tier and it do not say anythin about (phase 3 plus) or that we can’t receive book, packged’s, are other readin matiral. You have some of us that have been back here 2 to 5 years without any contact wit outer world at all, G.S.P Administration is usein the tire program as a torture program it should be called (The Torture Program) the (Torture Act unconstitutional) the Tier Program is a Torture act which according to the USA constitutional is unlawful and not allowed in the United State of U.S.A. so we as a collectiet hold on the Tier at G.S.P are seeking understanding and a hold lot of help.

Georgia State Prison: Major scabies outbreak, neglect and coverup by staff

6/18/2015

I’m here at GA State Prison, in a steel coffin, I mean literally baking in this torture chamber at 100 degrees and rising. The ventilation system is non-operational, and the KKKorrections officers are refusing to serve dinner and lunch beverages, or even the mandated ice issue at each meal. We are suffering heat exhaustion, dehydration, and deprivations of all kinds. The food trays have transformed drastically to even less and more missing food items. The sanitation is non-existent and as a result of unsanitary living conditions and practices, there is now a major scabies outbreak here in both general population and admin. Disciplinary administrative segregation. The medical staff has been trying to keep the scabies outbreak covered up by mis-informing infected prisoners that they were only suffering severe skin irritation and itching due to dry skin. Since August of 2014 prisoners have been complaining of severe itching and skin irritation and submitting sick call request about the matter. Well on 6/15/2015 a nurse or PA identified thru labs results that the prisoners were in fact infected with scabies. The KKKamp is suppose to undergo quarantine on a major scale. The laundry and cell sanitation standards are none and there hasn’t been cell clean out given in over 2 months, and the laundry sits days at a time unwashed and thus the cross-contamination is manifested and the infection has spread to about 60% of the KKKamp, [that’s a guesstimated] percentage. Further prisoners are forced to shower daily in uncleaned showers the contamination has spread rapidly. Guess what? The medical staff are treating the white prisoners with difference at to how they are treated and the proper medical care. Black prisoners are told it’s a case of dry skin and given Clonidine for itching yet the scabies is left untreated. At times I feel like I’m in a P.O.W. KKKamp in the heart of Vietnam and all that is in this environment is the dark side to inhumane nature and all its freaky little madness. The warden has sunk to free-picking prisoners and placing them unlawfully on solitary KKKonfinement/Disciplinary Administrative Segregation [Tier Program] in order to keep it operational at GA State Prison. These prisoners are not given any type of due process thus this [Warden/house negroe] walks all over the 14th amendment to the United States Constitution.
