“Only as One Will We Defeat Our Adversaries”

Revolutionary greetings to all

My comrade and I sit a mere few cells apart from one another in the belly of the beast, contemplating on how we can set up a solid and sound infrastructure amongst my peers to overcome any and all kinds of adversity set before us to simply dilute our strike for betterment as one. You see we are just two of the mass going through oppressive malpractices being used in the tyrannical Georgia courts and penal system. Our human rights are constantly violated by the maladministration at Georgia State Prison in Reidsville, GA. Not only are we fighting the charlatans of justice but also the guile quislings in sheep clothing as well. After speaking with a few peers about taking a stand many became afraid of just the mere thought! Numbers became a big factor because the machine is made of many but it is our one common enemy. My comrads and I are working towards reincarnating the U.N.A.T.M movement (United Nations Against The Machine). For we know only as one will we defeat our adversaries. The odds are stacked against us this we know and many of my fellow peers question our mission with a concious of complete failure and nothing getting done about the maltreatment we are witnessing and face. Prominently, their main fear is being placed deeper within their confinement inside one of the many torture chambers guised as a step down program known as the ”Tier Program”; All of which my comrade and I have discussed and forseen as a probable future fate for ourselves. But to those we say this, at some point in time sacrifices have to be made in order for you to prevail.

There are statistics, research, and victims/witnesses that can plea the maltreatment and abusive authority that managed this industry of human servitude for capital. This can be a complaint of the victims and their supporters that will never cease if our endeavors as willful contestors continue to fall short caused by our inferior beliefs about the road of tribulation and long suffering we must first stride across. We have to continue concentrating more on devising efficient solutions to work in our favor. Realize the inalienable right to revolt and grieve any form of goverment that is found guilty operating under corruption. Georgia prisoners must recognize the Nation wide sacrifices, movements and changes other states and our comrades are making to bring justice to our unjust court and penal system. Exposure to media outlets, study groups about our rights as humans but most of all there must be a unified struggle against this repressive system within the system of policy. We lack courageous and solid solidarity in the Georgia penitentiary.

The U.N.A.T.M. (United Nations Against the Machine) was an official calling to end frivilous Quarrels between the common Georgia prisoners of war. Thus, as the movement proves to be more sufficient than the defective tier program many promoters/members of the U.N.A.T.M were then placed on the ”Tier.” For trying to bring peace and unity behind the enemies’ line. I have documentation of the machine repression toward the movement(s) of prisoner solidarity. On the facebook profile (Type in the search box: Vick Colbert or pictures displaying classified as State Secrets. Stamped and sealed under the Georgia Central Intelligence Unit (CIU). This is factual evidence that the system of institutional genocide grows and supports prison on prisoner violence and overall the failure to rehabilitate the prisoners of its system. This capitalistic industry justifies its means with the detrimental end of our lives. We as souljas in this struggle challenge all our fellow comrades to come as one. Join the nation wide front against the prisonercrats and their criminal injustice enterprise. We are the problem now let’s be the solution as the revolution!

Tier Program Concerns and Issues: a list of abuses from the inside

  • Sanitation – We are in a cell for 9 months – years at a time. Our rooms is so filthy due to us not being able to properly clean our cells. We are not allowed to use the broom, mop tolitebrush or even given a wash rag to wipe with. They (G.S.P) do not provide you with none of these items to clean with. We can not flush our own tolits. (Is flushing my tolit a privilege? This program is lost of all privileges not rights.) So if my roommate use the bathroom and nobody is in the dorm for hours at a time (which happens all the time) we have to sit in our room and inhale each others waste. It’s so many different germs and bacteria in a human waste that can lead to serious health problems. We are not allowed to put anything over the tolit to try to block the smell. (Not even while eating) not having a tolit button is very inhumane. Being that we cannot flush our own tolet the waste sits in the tolit for hours at a time which causes bacteria to build up. And being we aren’t able to properly clean our tolits (again not even allowed to use the tolit brush) sooner or later we are gone to get sick. According to S.O.P (Standard Operation Procedure) we are supposed to be allowed to properly clean our cells on the regular….

We have a tray box (not the hand cuff flap) that is so filthy that it don’t make no sense at all. So much rust and dirt is caked up in it. The rest along can cause long term health problems. Rust and dirt always gets in our food when the trays is being place in this filthy box. I have never seen these boxes cleaned in the years I have been here. We can not open and clean them our selfs. Showers are never clean (never) one dorm holds 52 inmates. So I have to use the “already dirty showers” as 51 other inmates. Just on the tour program along I have witness so many inmates catch scabies and other infections due to us not being able to clean properly, Have the showers cleaned or have clean cloths.

Lundry only goes out twice a week (supposed to anyway) Tuesday and Thursday. But when we send it out we don’t get it back sometimes up to two weeks. Sheets and blankets never get cleaned. We have to wear jumpsuits which hardly ever get cleaned and exchanged. We have to wear the same jumpsuit for months at a time…. We have to be inspection ready to take a shower (which is not in the S.O.P) if not we don’t shower. That’s not a privilege. That should be treated the same as our trays. Do we got to be inspection ready to eat? To get mail? To get cases from the law library? Ect…

We don’t have proper ventilation. Can’t even open and close all windows at will. The ventilation system has never been clean. The cells are bug and rat infested. We never have our room sprayed for bugs, rats, ect… We cannot shave because they don’t give us no cleaning solution to clean the clippers with after the next man use them.

  • Physical health – the tier S.O.P states that we are supposed to get the same quality and amount as general population. That’s not the case. We are not getting what general population is getting. They only put just enough food on there so you won’t starve. The portion on the food trays is way below standards (based on a 2000 calorie diet) which include juice, milk and whatever else we supposed to have. We not even allowed to exercise properly because they take our yard away. Per S.O.P we are supposed to get five (5) hours a week unless security issues. The staff is so lazy that they don’t want to run showers and yard so they take our yard away. They take away the only hour we get outside our cells. The only hour we get to exercise. We did we do so wrong that we not allowed to maintain our physical health? Even high max security inmates gets a hour a day. It’s supposed to be 23 hour lockdown not 24/7 (23 and 1, not 24 and none) the water is contaminated. We got to be in the cell for 9 months or more without no proper exercise or clean water to drink. The water smells so bad which shows the pipe system have not been flushed or cleaned in years. No sprinklers in our cells. No emergency buttons.
  • Rehabilitation – the tier program is designed to rehabilitate, correct and make you a better person. It hurts you more than it helps you in so many ways. For example, the tier program do not offer any programs that will better you accept the O.U.T program. What about the ones that been back here for years and people who they not gone let out right now and the one’s who only lockdown due to a validation made by the system. The people who haven’t had a DR in months or years? The people administration is failing to let out due to “old” history or whatever reason. The people who is validated GoodFellas and others who been back here for years. How can they complete their case plans? How can they change? If you back here for months/years and the administration not letting you out for whatever reason, you shouldn’t be offered some type of beneficial programs? How can they make parole or complete the programs that is mandated by the parole board and case plan? How can you lock so many people down for so long and not provide them with these programs and education? Do I lose my right or choice to change and rehabilitate? Is thats what the tier program about? I can’t take these certain classes I need to be consider for parole or a transitional center? R-SAP? I cant get my G.E.D? I cannot take MRT, thinking for a change, motivation for change, Matrix recover family violence? Ect… That is mandated by the parole board because of the affiliation the system have me as or because of my old history. Because I got into “one fight” in the past? Or because I got two or three or even five DRs 11 months ago for failure to follow instruction? I can’t better myself, educate myself or strive for change because of mistakes I made so long ago? This is supposed to be about changing, rehabilitation and correcting right? It’s an unfair program. If my roommate is not ready for inspection, but I am fully dress, locker box like it supposed to be, bed made up and standing at attention, we both get punished. Both get drop back down to phase-1. Both cannot take a shower. That along leads to problems. How am I being held accountable for someone’s else actions? Am I supposed to make his bed? Am I supposed to put his cloths on for him? Am I supposed to argue with him about it which gone lead to a fight. Is that is what the program is trying to do? It’s unfair. A trap.
  • Double jeopardy/Triple jeopardy – We are getting punished for the same DR’s at least 2-3 times. First (1st) we receive a DR for the charge, which leads to a 4 dollar fine and store, package and visitation restriction. Second (2nd) for that same DR (same exact) we will be placed on tier-1 program. Third (3rd) even after completing the program successfully, we are recommended to Tier II phase 1 and the reason being is gone have the same exact DR/infraction that you just lost your visitation, store and package privilege for, fine 4 dollars and sent to tier 1. Now tier-2? 9-months “and” once you get done with Tier-2 you have to go “back” two Tier-1 again. All for the same DR’s.

Not to mention this phase 3 plus (3+) phase that is not included in the S.O.P. What are the requirements? The law/rules (S.O.P) is not backing this phase like phases 1, 2, and 3. Without no law/rules that mean they can just put you on 3 plus whenever they feel like it. Up to 5 more times. That’s 15 extra months added to the 9-months you already did. All because the administration don’t like you. We can read the rules and guidelines for they have to follow on everything else except face 3 plus? Something is not right….

The appeal process if unfair itself. The appeal (according to S.O.P) is supposed to go to the counselor to forward to Atlanta (facility director) not to the warden. from the counselor to Atlanta, why does it have to go from counselor to warden and administration then Atlanta? (That’s not S.O.P) How do we know our appeal reaches Atlanta as we wrote it? How do we know it’s getting properly investigated? It do not state why your appeal is being denied.

  • Torture act (and unconstitutional) – The tier-2 program is clearly a torture Act (which is unconstitutional) we are being placed in a cell with a roommate for atleast 9-months- thats years at a time.  without no personal property or hygiene. Not allowed to watch the news, not allowed to receive newspapers, clean our cells, eat properly (like the general population) not allowed to properly exercise, read or educate our selfs. No clean cloths on a regular, no decent water to drink, no pictures, not even nothing to sit on like a stool. No tolit buttons (can’t even flush our own tolit) can’t practise our religions properly. We only allowed 1 Bible or 1 Qu’ran. What about the other religions? What about the religions that require you to read several books a day? The ones that require proper exercise? Stretching and meditation? Law library access? We only allowed 2 cases at a time. How can I really study my case like this?

This program is a torture act. This program not only takes away your privileges, but also your rights.

    G.S.P Tier program

It should be called The Torture Program: Tier Program denies education, sanitation, food, yard time

The Tier program at G.S.P Is not helping us mentally or physical at all. G.S.P Administration is violating all of our rights by not lettin us take G.E.D or any other program that are mandate for alot of us to make parole because we are on the tier. the program is designed for rehabitation. The Administration at G.S.P is using the tier for unusual punishment and physical torture.

we are place in a two man cell without a tolit button. If one of us use the restroom we have to smell each other feces because the officer is not in the dorm to flush our tolits on the regular base’s as they are suppose to. Sometimes we go hour’s without our tolit’s been flush so that’s inhumane to our health.

We don’t receive any clean matiral at all. i been on the tier at G.S.P in room G-3-12 since 8-26-15 and I have not receive a broom mop or any chemial to clean myself at all. Today is 12-15-15. The S.O.P state’s that we are to receive chemial on daily base’s.

They feed us through a box that is fill with rust and other decay that can cause food poison are other illness. The S.O.P state’s that we are suppose to receive 2800 calorie’s every meal. we do not get half of that. We do not received juice wit any meal at all. i been in the tier since Aug-26-15 i have not been outside but 3 time’s because i would not give up my tray’s. The office give us a choice “yard are tray” that’s how bad they are treatin us back here. but the S.O.P state’s that we are to receive one hour a day which we do not get at all. The Administration at G.S.P is corrupted all the way around. We ain’t got no kind of win or help from anyone back here on the tier. We stay lock down 24 hour’s a day 365. The tier program is designed for rehibitation not for torture and weight loss.

The system is going against all laws and poity’s that was implement to start the tier up. G.S.P Administration are comein up with they own law’s to use against us back here on the tier. Like (phase 3 plus) i have the S.O.P on the tier and it do not say anythin about (phase 3 plus) or that we can’t receive book, packged’s, are other readin matiral. You have some of us that have been back here 2 to 5 years without any contact wit outer world at all, G.S.P Administration is usein the tire program as a torture program it should be called (The Torture Program) the (Torture Act unconstitutional) the Tier Program is a Torture act which according to the USA constitutional is unlawful and not allowed in the United State of U.S.A. so we as a collectiet hold on the Tier at G.S.P are seeking understanding and a hold lot of help.

Georgia State Prison: Major scabies outbreak, neglect and coverup by staff

I’m here at GA State Prison, in a steel coffin, I mean literally baking in this torture chamber at 100 degrees and rising. The ventilation system is non-operational, and the KKKorrections officers are refusing to serve dinner and lunch beverages, or even the mandated ice issue at each meal. We are suffering heat exhaustion, dehydration, and deprivations of all kinds. The food trays have transformed drastically to even less and more missing food items. The sanitation is non-existent and as a result of unsanitary living conditions and practices, there is now a major scabies outbreak here in both general population and admin. Disciplinary administrative segregation. The medical staff has been trying to keep the scabies outbreak covered up by mis-informing infected prisoners that they were only suffering severe skin irritation and itching due to dry skin. Since August of 2014 prisoners have been complaining of severe itching and skin irritation and submitting sick call request about the matter. Well on 6/15/2015 a nurse or PA identified thru labs results that the prisoners were in fact infected with scabies. The KKKamp is suppose to undergo quarantine on a major scale. The laundry and cell sanitation standards are none and there hasn’t been cell clean out given in over 2 months, and the laundry sits days at a time unwashed and thus the cross-contamination is manifested and the infection has spread to about 60% of the KKKamp, [that’s a guesstimated] percentage. Further prisoners are forced to shower daily in uncleaned showers the contamination has spread rapidly. Guess what? The medical staff are treating the white prisoners with difference at to how they are treated and the proper medical care. Black prisoners are told it’s a case of dry skin and given Clonidine for itching yet the scabies is left untreated. At times I feel like I’m in a P.O.W. KKKamp in the heart of Vietnam and all that is in this environment is the dark side to inhumane nature and all its freaky little madness. The warden has sunk to free-picking prisoners and placing them unlawfully on solitary KKKonfinement/Disciplinary Administrative Segregation [Tier Program] in order to keep it operational at GA State Prison. These prisoners are not given any type of due process thus this [Warden/house negroe] walks all over the 14th amendment to the United States Constitution.

100 Degree’s–Two men / single occupancy Cell

By Kelevin Stevenson

Well it comes as no surprise that Georgia state prison’s administrators would actually place a kkkorretions officer, who has been put under investigation and put on suspension for an unprovoked attack he commited on a prisoner earlier this year, on the Kkkorrections emergency response team. It is clear from this action that Warden Stanky Williams is incompetent and should be removed from holding any position of authority. I have witnessed just a few days ago, this same unprofessional Kkorection officer attempting to man-handle prisoner while the prisoner was in restraints and the supervising officer stepping into the situation and reminding said Kkkorrection officer. “He was wearing a body-camera and that there were cameras alll through the prison dorms.” at which time the sargent of the Kkkorection emergency response team took control of prisoner and sent his subordinate to do something else. The Kkkorrection officer feels that he is untouchable due to Warden Williams condoning even promoting this unlawful behavior. Yet the moment a prisoner take the necessary step to defend himself, he is charged with a felony and taken before a Kangaroo court and given more prison time to serve for doing what is his god given right to do and this is to protect himself from any type of abuse. Warden Williams seems to forget in his feeble mindess that not all prisoners are ignorant or illiterate to the law or that these are prisoners who have family on the outside that truly care and will take the necessary steps to expose and demand justice for their family members. History has never failed to show, that a tom-fool bootlicking Negroe will do any and everything he or she can, to please his slavemaster. The first thing he is always does is find a way, a new way to torture and maim the ones already oppressed in order to make himself seem / or feel as if he is better then these oppressed. Prime example of a negro that has sold his soul for a pat on the back from the plantation owner is a negro willing to place two men in a single occupancy cell with a toilet, that can only be flushed from outside the cell, a Negro that has two men housed in a cell with inadequate ventilation / air circulation with cell temperatures that avergae 90 and at time exceed 100 degrees and no steps have been taken to correct these living conditions. A negro that allows humans to be deliberately denied a properly prepared, nutritious food tray, with all the allotted food items and the federally mandated food portion sizes. Thus a Negro with a Adolf Hitlers mindstate, who sole intent and purpose is to deliberately malnourish humans, as one means to break a man’s mind and spiritually. First attacking and destroying the physical body in order to force compliance from these being tortured here in Amerikkka’s Prison / slave system. Yet it is stated for the record like a broken record that the tier program is not a punishment measure, but Ga. Dept. Of Kkkorrection actions and the actions of is supervisory are to be deemed anything but draconian in nature and in its forceful application. As a result society as a whole is robbed and victimized by effects of oppression points incarcerated citizens, thus contradicting and defeating the so called ideals of a modern day free society. How can a true free society exist, when its citizens are being tortured under the guise of public safety? How can this be a free society when the ones sworn to uphold the law break the law everyday and are more Kkriminal then the ones that are imprisoned? The reality of the matter is that state of KKKonfederacy is still operated and grounded in the ideals and principles of the old slave south and its Kkkonfederite polities. So here at Ga. State prison, its just Negros doing what negroes where manufactured to do, and that is be the best slave they can be. Yet let me tell it, nothing is wrong with that, and so as the world turns negros are bred and born, and the creations stand in awe at how slaves continue to exist. And Society as a whole can only shake its head and reap what it has sown. Well this was / is another from Ga’s Torture chamber.

Criminals in Blue Uniforms

Your criminal mind derives from past anguish and manipulative orders.  Hearts of pain and vendetta against present individuals who remind you of past opposition and betrayers.  So much anger and so little understanding causes you to make uncalculated decision.  Your spirit is entrapped within this institution of madness, staring everyone down with an evil eye.  Maliciously you complete your task of abuse set by the atrocious tyrant that lays down your orders.  Kindness is the nemesis of the oppressive administrator of law.  Your heart begins to rot off the understanding of no one’s perfect.  Your envious thoughts are displayed through your malpractices of ill deeds.  Your judgements of those you were assigned to protect, serve, and/or oversee are void for your mind is no different from ours.  You break the law of basic human respect for others as well as yourselves.  Your morals and principals causes many of you to dislike yourself.  Reluctantly, you cooperate with those who dislike your existence but love your servitude for a little of nothing.  You flaunt your delusional authority and unison amongst the system of thieves.  Nevertheless, when one of you chooses to stand on the true code of righteousness, you’re considered an outcast and the plot to eliminate you is instantly devised.  This system of abuse, extortion, capitalism, and institutional genocide refuses to live by its written ethics of rehabilitation and correction.  As the bible says in Proverbs Chapter 12:15: The way of a fool is right in his own eyes.  We are considered denizens (dead citizens) due to our past illegitimacy.  Hence, you display similar actions daily, violating our constitutional and basic human rights.  From the religious view you are Lucifer’s minions and from the legal aspect you are just criminals in blue uniforms.

Tier Memoir

Draconion would appear to be the perfect word to describe the conditions we, as Tier II (2) program inmates, suffer within the walls of the Georgia State prison facility.  Yet, if one was to apply reason, it may look more like an understatement.  We have been forced physically and mentally to withstand the barbaric nature of our confinement which does nothing outside of dissuading some from fighting against its oppressive grasp.  The toilet buttons have been stripped away from inside the cells and placed without, leaving it up to an officer’s discretion whether or not to relieve an inmate’s cell of the feces that sits in the toilet and reeks within the atmosphere of the “two man cell”.  Medical fails at providing the adequate healthcare services.  Mental health treatment is futile.  This is more than obvious when considering the facilities suicide and sucide attempt rate.  Constantly, all means of “accessing the courts” or law library is being denied, leaving a majority of inmates defenseless in righting the wrongs and correcting the errors of the system.  This causes a chilling effect to spread at a high level and only cushions the massive incaceration rate of the State of Georgia and the United States.  Pepper spray is used to answer “irritating” statements and questions by inmates, who wish to bring these every day injustices that occur to the administration’s attention.  Sanitation is the poorest, very evident according to documentations of scabies and staph infectious break outs within this facility.  Severance from the outside world is being practiced by prohibiting inmates from viewing any form of outside news, and sometimes prohibited from corresponding with family and others.  Assaults on inmates by officers happen regularly for unprovoked and minor reasons.  Violent actions deter individuals away from seeking the appropriate help so that the transgressions may be remedied.  By this inmates become more prone to violence, which leads them to perform these very same actions in an environment that’s already hostile enough as it is.  The violations stated above are being executed on a daily basis by the administration and factility personel et. al at the G.S.P. facility – and these are definitely not all.

The Tier II program has been implemented and used as a cure to heal the wound, the Georgia Department of Corrections and its facilities have sustained, by way of violence.

Violence that is the end result of the G.D.C. and its facilities administrators’ negligence in matters of security and rehabilitation of inmates.  And taking a look at it from a first person view and personal experience, it possesses no functions that are capable of healing the obvious injury.  Question: How can a cut be mended by applying a band aid with a knife?  This program is operating at the brutal detriment of its occupants.  And will continue to function as such if the GDC proceeds in upholding its hereditary attitude, produced by a system of making and breaking slaves.  It will continue to be an instrument used in the creation of diabolical minded individuals, whose normality is being inhibited and repressed to such an extent that the individual begins to take on the characteristics of the only thing they are allowed to come to terms with: “Chaos” if the GDC fails at destroying this program at once.

The 13th amendment of the US Constitution states that “slavery” is legal and lawful as a punishment for a crime, even though its overall functions are to degrade, deprive, and persecute discriminately.  This formal, modern-day slavery renders an individual civilly dead once he steps foot inside the states necropolis.

The 1865 constitutional conventioners either perfectly understood who’d be the sole subjects of such a mandate, or found a “way” to misunderstand the actual meaning of the term slavery.  I find the latter quite hard to accept, seeing as how some of these same delegates in the north were the same ones to support Lincoln’s “Emancipation Proclamation”.  Basically, it never ended, just became more “modified” for the public’s acceptance.

Slavery, regardless of the time and place, was designed to supplant the natural mind state of a person, with that of one inferior and incapable of acknowledging its inalienable rights by “God” and the state.  it servers the one, subjected to its control, an overwhelming amount of duties, transgressions, and activities that nonetheless keeps the individual delusionized.  His state of mind, due to the operations of this mechanism, is misled and manipulated into believing that he possesses no such thing as a Right and that he must suffer, whole heartedly, anything this imperial entity dictates as a necessity.  Confusion quote naturally overcomes him.  He sees some who do not undergo the same circumstances of life as he does and then sees the others who are exactly in line with his current situation.  The line which seperates superior from inferior has been drawn.  The acceptable and unacceptable are distinguished.  His class is determined via his ethnicity.  The inclination within him to revolt against such happenings of injustice, is repressed by both the superior and the inferior groups.  Machination of the superior equips him with the mentality to cope and agree with any and all actions by the elite.  No matter if its from the better or worst.  Passiveness and acceptance by the inferior, en masse, does nothing but encourages the participation of the present agenda, set out by the superior.  Therefore, influenceing him to suppress his feelings of striking out, in some from, against the mischief.  This suppression causes a staleness of intellect, leaving the individual to maneuver as a automation, void of morale.  Determining what’s right and wrong becomes inexistent, unless it has been previously decided by the ones in power.  He has already been stripped of his identity and rationale, and yet he continues to be oppressed and pushed further from the province of being recognized as a human being.  And these concentrations camps/prison facilities/necropolises are guaranteeing nothing other than the implementation of what’s been stated.

Some may debate that “this” isn’t actual slavery, or a slavery operation, yet when one takes a look at one of the definition we can clearly see why it fits the designation of one.

Slavery (n): Submission to a dominating influence.

Mind you, slavery doesn’t consist of one form and does not exist in one set period in time.  It’s like everything else. it evolves to suit the present or modern times.  In understanding this, we can comprehend why W.E.B. Dubios made the following statement in 1946 “you must remember that this attitude is hereditary from slavery and that it has been deliberately cultivated every since the emancipation”.

Reality has kicked in and survival has placed in some that diabolical mindset to destroy and destruct, because it encountered occurrences which makes its presence necessary to insure the fulfillment of its term.

However, me personally, feel as though it is a waste of time to initiate actions, caused by this mind state, on or against the same ones suffering the same exact violations.  Chaos could be the answer, but only if executed within this acronymic phrase “Continuous Havoc Against the Oppressive State”.

Us as incarcerated slaves must acknowledge that we are all the same in “their” eyes, regardless of ethnicity, and are on the verge of becoming a victim of the genocide being enacted by those who have no use for those who refuse to adhere to the elite’s agenda.

United We Stand The Machine Will Fall

May 2 2015

By: LaDarius Colbert a.k.a. Comrade Seer

Division is a virus that plagues the vanguards of our community.  In the Pinn the officers and administrators of oppression despise the righteous movement we are striving to build.  The U.N.A.T.M. (United Nations Against the Machine) is the commencement of peace between the many nations of knowledge, protection, and revolution.  Nations that were formed for various progressive and positive purposes.  The time is now for the generations of our time to stand as guerillas and utilize our militia training learned from the designed terrain of death and poverty for the minority to nearly die in before seeing success.  No longer will we let the injustice system lynch us or our loved ones in their files of Peonage.  The Amerikka injustice system can be described with one word – Murderous.  Hidden behind the entrance doors of the Belly of the Beast (the hole) you see twenty eight cells filled with victims of dehumanization.  Compelled to live in inhumane living quarters without a way of relief from any distressful circumstances that they are subjected to.  The cell doors are nearly sealed on every angel to prevent the prisoners of war from seeing the light of a propitious fate.  The agitation officers control their physical and mental strenth causing the weary victim the succumb to their barbarian instincts.  Scare tactic #1 or their way of “controlling the uncontrollable” is threatening to – or actually – falsifying bad reports on the prisoners’ door sheets.  This will then either send the prisoner to a higher level tier, or set them back to phase one on tier II or III which means at least another agonizing nine months in the torture chamber.  The environment alone is depressing as the dorm and cells may go unsanitized for three months at a time.  The light switch and toilet flush buttons are outside the cells, causing some of the prisoners to hold their waste until someone approaches their cell.  Officers are obliged to do their dorm rounds every fifteen to thirty minutes, yet most officers are deficient when it comes to performing this simple task.  The rebellious, doubtful and ignorant state concerning their self identity developed from this condition of disparagement and maltreatment.

Every day you are reminded that you have no rights.  And as a convict your life is only gratified because of your servitude for the machine.  The hired lackeys are blinded by temporary/delusional protection, authority and privileges that the establishers of the Venal system contain.  Nevertheless, their lives aren’t excluded from the detrimental affects of the Nationwide Institutional Genocide.  Our sisters/Queens are being subjected to secondary opportunities and all forms of rape.  Cursed for their existence, mentally degraded and sometimes physically/verbally subjected to frequent acts of sexual harassment/abuse by their co-workers and/or those they are assigned to oversee.  A child mind being introduced to a man’s world harmed by the empirical experiences of malicious malpractices and self-deprecation.  The blind lackey follows the orders of repression “under the color of law” causing their mind to believe their illegitimate duties are a form of legal punishment.  The final result from this habitual cycle of life is the reformity of a new oppressor.  Spiritually they suffer internal conviction built from their conscious anger.  Compromising with the enemy odious ways that oppose your humanitarian spirit.  Socially we are prohibited to build with a blind lackey and/or each other on a conscious level.  Prime example: my endeavors to reach the righteous ears of the people in society to bring understanding, unity and power to our striggle against the machine, to me it’s the action of a righteous mutineer but the system will label it as an action of treason committed against the United States Corporation.  Some comrades have chosen to finalize their destiny with suicidal death rather than live another day in repression.  Confused from frequent visions of their predicament worsening hope is rarely believed to exist.  Hostility builds in the cell of two making the environment more uncomfortable.  Institutional paranoia develops as the days of sleep lengthens.  Their sleep is deprived by the intentional slamming of the cell windows flaps or the shining high beam light in their face during each count after lockdown.  Your nerves are wrecking and your paranoia causes you to look at everyone as your enemy.  Sanity is losing its grip as your reality becomes harsher by the minute.  Your photos of happiness and future recognition of your life ahead is confiscated along with your letters of encouragement.  Causing the distorted mind of pain to focus on degressive directions.  Their tenacious drive is being fueled by a blood flow of vengance, hatred and rage towards anyone, but mainly towards the baffled minds who are naive to their struggle and only see the trouble.  These reactions of outlashes give the oppressor reason to further their experiment on the disturbed mind with their devastating drugs of slow casualty also known as Mental Health meds.  Meds that increase your paranoia state and decrease your comprehension and logical thinking abilities. Prozac, effexes, Respodal, and the most deadly the Hound Dog.  There are many more but these are the most common used at this institution.  These drugs have side effects that range from total memory loss to disfunctional or impulsive limb movement.  Sometimes the victim goes into a temporary stage of being paralyzed until given another hazardous drug like benadryl to relax the uncontrolling tense muscle.  Medical care is poor as P.PS prescribe the wrong meds for the prisoners’ medical issue or wait until the last minute to attend to their complaint.  In population we’re served meals that are cold, sometimes spoiled and always under the Georgia Prison Meal Calorie Quota which is 2800 for regular dietary.  We have made many attempts to grieve this maladministration and maltreatment on both general levels and to the higher authority but we have yet to receive hardly any rectification.  Majority of my peers and conscious lackeys fear to stand against this injustice due to their knowledge of physical or financial reprisal.  Most victims of this psychological torment snaps and physically transgress against the paper tiger army of empowerment placing himself in a lose, lose situation.  Facing severe consequences such as catching more time, being brutally beaten and then hidden deep withing the Belly of the Beast for an extensive time.  If this cycle of ignorance and discommoding doesn’t end the process of correction and rehabilitation will never begin.  With the numbers of blind and sleeping guerillas growing and conscious martyrs diminishing the battle behind enemy lines will continue to be in their favor.  This brief description of your typical day at Reidsville isn’t for attention but to raise awareness and expose the ulterior motive behind Amerikkka’s industrial system of concentration plantations – capital, control, and coercion of the underprivileged denizens of Amerikkka.  I will admit before my process of self intunement and refinement I indulged in a lot of “barbarian” acts.  This was done for relief (momentarily), attention and used as an anger outlet.  I am speaking from a victim and witness point of view.  Watching my fellow comrades and striving strugglers who work for the machine demoralize themselves just to survive and see another day has pushed by sword through the necks of my internal worries of a future lost by being a demagoger.  I am jeopardizing my change of obtaining early release from a granted new trial that is currently pending for a decision.  I am jeopardizing my privileges to be in general population and having access to helpful sources that will be lost if placed in solitary confinement.  I am jeopardizing my mere life for even walking as a peoples’ guerilla striving to obtain true justice by all means necessary.  From the courts to the Pinn we, the common strugglers, must come as one no matter the race, religion, profession, or belief and resist against our common adversary.  Peace and true justice will no longer be an inspiring saying – it will be our life!  Stand for what is right and fight!

Power to the prisoners of war behind
enemy lines, the conscious strugglers
who work for the machine just to survive
and the wisewomen and men who brought
the light to my eyes.  Today we must unite
and fight if we want to see the atrocious
Machine fall!

Peace and Respect to all

Tier Program grievance: inmates cannot flush their toilets

Travis King Grievance that has yet to be answered and/or processed

On 04/01/2015 while being housed in G-1 cell #19 a locked down dormitory my cellmate and myself was moved to G-2 #22 also a locked down dormitory.  When I entered the cell, I notice that the toilet flushing system had been altered so that the toilet could not be flushed from inside the cell but only from a button on the wall outside the cell.  I asked the Sgt. who moved us Sgt. Kirkland why I was being placed in to such a cell when I had done no wrong.  He explained that all cells in the lock down would be altered the same way and that the dormitory officer will flush our toilet for now on.

It has been held by the courts that “Even in extreme situations denial of ‘normal’ toilet facilities, the failure to allow the ‘prisoner’ promptly to dispose of his/her wastes violates the Eighth Amendment”.

Resolution Requested: There has been no written policy or memorandum at this prison that has been giving to the dormitory officers that mandates them to flush our toilets at any set time frame or that they have to flush them at all.  There are also times when the officers are required to perform tasks that will demand their time such as serving trays, count time, cell clean up, inmate escort, etc.  Therefore waste will have to sit in our toilets until the floor officer is done.  Because there are no covers or lids on these toilets, it allows flying bugs and insects to nest inside creating a breeding area.  Making it impossible to eat our food or sleep when flying insects leave our toilet and land on our floor and onto our face and body.  There’s also times that I have to use the toilet on top of the waste that my cellmate has left, making our cell a modern day “outhouse” in which we have to live, locked down in 24 a day.

Because this is without question a serious form of cruel and unusual punishment, it’s my request that I simply be placed back into a cell I can “promptly dispose of my waste”.

Tier Program inmate exposes abuses from the inside

To: Brother Seer

From: Brother Grip G, Quindarrius Duffre

Dearly beloved bretheren,
Today is Nov 25 2014 @ G.S.P. Nothing has changed. I write you once again, enlightening you concerning my current living, health, and this corrupt Tier II program that has been instituted. The atrocities and inhumane acts are innumerable.

The Tier program started July 2, 2014 @ G.S.P., which is a medium security prison that houses closed security inmates on special management unit (SMU). The Tier II program originally only had 3 phases Now in the middle of the program they have instituted another phase in which another 3 months have been added. Each phase consists of 90 days, in which a 90 day review will be conducted to see if the inmate qualifies to be raised to a higher phase, remain on the same phase, or dropped to a lower phase of the Tier II program. The classification committee then bases their judgement according to every inmate’s performance sheet. Throughout the 90 days dormitory officers write and sign daily in these charts, also medical staff and mental health counselors.

This is a great format. The only problem is, if any inmate in particular yells on the floor, beats on the door, or use profane language towards an officer, the officer may not know his exact identity or location, so he or she writes the outburst in the inmate’s performance sheets that were in the vicinity of the infraction, which tracks all inmates behavior. Thus causing innocent inmantes charts to deem negative behavior. One infraction can cause you to remain on your current phase or dropped lower, depending on the severity “according” to their judgement.

Every inmate is given an appeal form after his 90 day review. You are judged based on your performance sheet. In some cases rendering you of winning an appeal. Example: In my performance sheet I had flooding and paper in my window written in my chart. I turned in my appeal and this was my rebuttal – I have not received any disciplinary report for either of these allegations. My cellmate attests to his disruptive behavior of flooding the cell and having paper in the window. My appeal was denied and the warden, who all appeals go to, concurred with the classification committee that I be reassigned to Tier II Phase 1. These infractions are invalid and can’t be proved! Also there is no other level of appealing once the warden has his or her final say so. Question: why would he or she disagree with his classification committee? They are all co-workers.

The Tier II program also boasts social, mental, psychological and educational classes. These classes are to prep you for general population and enhance your social skills. Each week of your current phase you are supposed to recieve a pamphlet on different topics. Truthfully out of 24 weeks on Phase II, I recieved one pamphlet for week 24. It’s a facade to make the Tier director, commissioner, etc. think they are implementing the policies of the Tier II program. The counselor pulled me and 3 other inmates out of our cells to hold a class in dormatory. The counselor said, after we were placed in to holding pens, “Just fill this paper work out I’m handing you inside of these compisition books I’m also giving you guys. You can write anything in them just as long as I have something to turn in. Alright!” we were then placed back into our cells. How is this program really designed to help us? They say that this program is not used to discipline us, then what is the true purpose? What is the mission?

Daily we are locked down 24 hours a day we only receive 2 days out a week for recreation an hour a piece for the last 5 months. It’s SOP policy that we receive 5 hours per week. We can not receive books from the library on phase I or II, so we’re not mentally able to set our minds free, that’s “mentally”. As I stated about recreation above, that’s “physically” we can’t receive pictures on phase I or II that’s a form emotionally. All spiritual books, besides one bible or koran, are not allowed and if you did not have either on your initial date entering the program, you will not receive one, that’s spiritually. Correctional officers make loud noise in the early AM hours doing count, intentionally slamming the window sliders. if you question their authority, they threaten to write in your performance sheet. Every meal, day in and day out, they slam food ports while serving trays deliberately antagonizing and irritating us. They are constantly exercising and flaunting their power dynamic. I’ve recently studied that sound is a well known tactic in both psychological warfare and torture.

The Tier program is designed for only 2 purposes that I can see based on my participation within it and that is psychological torture and sensory deprivation. Solitary confinement without mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally help from the various entities I addressed earlier, deprives you from all your godly senses that he has given unto mankind. This is heavily in contrast with the Tier program. Crippling us to be anti-social, anti-depressed, mental health and sometimes in poor health conditions due to stress which has taken on the form of physical pain i.e. migranes or headaches. This evolves into depravity, as a result of little necessities and all common privileges taken away. This consequently makes a person become morally corrupt. They actually wonder why we are so angry, aggressive, rebellious and unruly. The administration and all parties involved are basically trying to shape and form us into repeat offenders! In majority of the individual cases it’s working. Recently we had a brother commit suicide to free his self from this program. These issues need to be addressed.

Living and health conditions. Cell clean out is ran maybe once a week. Which the officer only pours mix chemicals on a rag, that’s it. No broom, mop or scrub brush. Daily we are fed through a rusty and unsanitary tray box. Laundry is ran once a week, even though they take it up 3 times a week. We have received laundry back numerous times without it being washed. We ask for more clothing and receive the same reply, we’re short on material. Brother Seer I need you to get our hardship out to the media. I love you, brother. – Grip
