Fascism in AmeriKKKa

Here in AmeriKKKa there’s a underlying current of prejudice and fascism from every spectrum of color. There exists only a fraction of mankind that doesn’t participate in separation and discrimination between the races. The reality is that hate and oppression is always present, it’s just the majority of AmeriKKKan citizens deliberately wear blinders so they can always deny that they know anything about the fascism that has always existed in this land or country of so-called democracy. In 1918 to 1930 white nationalists were riled up by the movie “Birth of a Nation” and whites of all financial standing were motivated to enroll and participate in the Ku Klux Klan or any organization that was founded upon race hate or separatism. Now due to Trump spewing his hate openly and catering to a fascist base nature, they are coming out in droves. No need to be shocked this is AmeriKKKa after all! I agree Clinton is no better choice both are evil in essence and hold hidden agendas for the rich and powerful. Even though the Ghost Skins and Ghostface scream white power and kracker love, they don’t realize that they are also being exploited and oppressed by this capitalistic system that serves to keep the imperialists in power. The rich keep getting richer and the poor are the foot stools they use to make it happen. Anyway all I’m hearing is Trump and Clinton, how will it affect America, yet both are for the super-rich. I haven’t heard anything about North Dakota or the pipeline. I thought Obama had killed the Keystone project. I guess that was the throw off now they trying to destroy the environment more with the continued drilling for oil. Imperialist greed shall lead to the destruction of mankind and what’s sad is the poor man’s refusal to stand and fight for his children children’s future. The eventual Devolution of modern man if such a thing if such a thing exists; in man’s modernization he has lost touch with nature and his humanity and that is the recipe for self-destruction. Anyway I feel that taking a stand against this imperialist capitalistic system will have a ripple effect and bounce back in due time.

The “tier” program is being used to break us mentally

Around 90% of black inmates released off the tier program into the society either start a life of crime and be in and out of jail, return to prison, do nothing productive with their lives or get killed.

Why is that when this supposed to be a “therapeutic” program designed to rehabilitate and change our way of thinking?

I’ll tell you why because the “tier” program is being used to break us mentally so they can control us.

We being stripped of all rights and forced to endure degrading inhuman conditions.

And people wonder why Georgia recidivism rate is so high.

It’s because prisoners not being allowed to pursue an education get trades or job enhancing skills so our brother’s getting out the same way they came in or worser.

You keep a man locked in a two-man sell 24 hours a day for years
forcing us to accept the small amounts of food put on trays
forcing us to smell another man feces
forcing us to live in inclement conditions
forcing us to endure weather so hot if you move you sweat.

How can you help rehabilitate a person in this type atmosphere? They not trying to. That’s the plan to either break us mentally or force us into withdrawal or depression where we lash out aggressively.

Nothing positive come from this program. Look at how many prisoners have turned to mental health to try & relieve the mental pain being administered by prison officials oppressive program.

Real life: Poetry behind bars

Real life
At times in my cell I often wanna raise hell, but it’s the life I live have my heart shedding silent tears.
So many years in here so many dreams in the wind I count my blessings in life everyday is a fight.
These craKKKers got us in prisons institutionalize in their system. Ancestors fought for our freedom now we killing and drug dealing.
They steady making prisons just a modern day slavery one world order don’t even know what we’re facing.
It’s time to wake up and start fulfilling our legacies black kings and queens all our childhood dreams lost in the system in this white man’s world but we have come to far to let it go like this.
How are we going to win going against each other how we going to lose if we come together

Serving 13 years after Attorney misconduct leads to wrongful conviction

On November 11 and 21, 2008 in Muscogee county of Columbus, GA, two armed robberies took place. Police arrested several people, charging them all with armed robbery, assault, and a host of other charges. Although every witness said Ladarious Colbert was not one of the perpetrators of the robbery, the court would not allow his case to be separated from the others, Richard and Raimone Boynton. Victims of the November 11 robbery of Little Ceasers, Sade Williams and Anet Montgomery, both stated at trial that Colbert was not the perpetrator who comitted the robbery.

Colbert’s attorney failed to file a motion for the cases to be separated, interview the witnesses, prepare a defense, or ask for a continuance so he would have time to prepare. He later testified that he had failed to provide adequate assistance; it is highly unusual for an attorney to admit that his assistance was ineffective.

Colbert was convicted in October 2009 and sentenced to 25 years, to serve 13, without parole.

In a violation of professional ethics and the law, the then District Attorney who tried the case (now a defense attorney), David Helmick, spoke with witnesses ahead of time and got them to testify against Colbert, coaching them on what to say. Colbert’s co-defendant Jasmine Arrington and two voluntary state witnesses Demarco Jones and Nigel Towler each cooperated in exchange for a hope of benefit. Co-defendent Jasmine Arrington testified against Colbert, and denied under oath that there was any deal between her and the DA. But after Arrington’s testimony and Colbert’s 11-count conviction, her case was transferd to the juvenile jurisdiction and she was given probation, even though her crime was a “seven deadly felony” with a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years. Another co-defendent, Demarco Jones, testified that the DA had not offered to reduce his sentence in exchange for his testimony against Colbert, yet the attorney asked the court for leniency in his sentencing for his “cooperation and testimony”. Before Colbert’s trial Jones had been sentenced six years to serve four for an aggarvated battery conviction in Feburary 2009. After Colbert’s conviction in October 2009, Jones was released on a “supersedes appeal bond” and remained out until the complete termination of his 6-year sentence on March 14th, 2014. All proposals of lenincy were made by Helmick, who at trial had denied any consideration or agreement of a deal.

In a hearing in May 2013, Helmick could not sufficiently rebut the accusation that he had coached the witnesses. He and his entire office was removed from the case and replaced with the Griffin Judicial Circuit’s DA. Colbert argued that he should be given a new trial because deals made between the DA and witnesses had not been revealed to the defense as they are legally required to be.

In June 2014 Colbert’s motion for a new trial was given a hearing. The judge, Ron Mullins, was supposed to rule on the hearing within six weeks, but Colbert waited in prison for over two years before Mullins finally rejected the motion, denying a new trial. Colbert made an appeal to a superior court, which if it succeeds would allow him a new trial.

In the seven years Colbert has waited in prison, he has been active in efforts to improve prison conditions, protest mistreatment, and encourage an end to gang violence. He has networked with prisoners and published newsletters and articles urging unity among gangs and prisoners so that they can face their real enemy, the prison and justice system that aims to treat them as slaves.

Colbert took the judge’s rejection of his motion for a new trial in stride, saying, “I take the denial as motivation. The more injustice the courts of Muscogee County commits to keep me confined, the greater the reward of justice will be. In due time every criminal is punished by righteous fate, your oppression is the fuel to my drive and determination.”

A Slave Without Chains…

8-3-2016
By: Willie “King Coe” Coe

The whips have been exchanged but at the end of each day I’m still a slave. The shackles have been removed but I’m still a slave. Free labor where they work me for my food; my wages are paid dues… It’s called my debt to society but my acknowledgment of my subjugation remains denied. They lie to me and my people and say that it will be alright but it’s been over 100 years and there’s still no light in sight. Punished if I fight and a fool if I don’t. I just pray when the bell rings that I don’t choke. I smoke to give me hope and sleep so that I cannot think. To cloud out the life of a slave without chains…

I dream strange things but none of them seem to set me free, these visions of death I see only bring me closer to the God-I-Be. Because I’m a slave that’s free! A slave without chains, that’s me… That’s we; so how can a king be at peace? With Willie Lynch’s divide and conquer still combating me? They worked me for free and say; “good job!” Damn!! Suicide is so hard. It’s what they want. To break me and make me, and I fight and fight with no avail, why must they rape me? The slave without chains I be… That’s me, that’s me, that’s we; our enemy is longer massah, but it’s we. The prison is our plantation. The menu is our slop. Work the detail or rot in a cell, but only time will tell if I single-handedly fail…

The women were planted to distract us. But the fact-us is they can’t break us or make us… Or can they? Because daily my people fold and break the mold, change the code and alter the mode. So, I ask myself, do I really wanna live and grow old? Or can I decipher the code and force the world to see the vision, themselves through the eyes of the Great king Coe?? Enter my realm of thought and realize that we’re slaves without chains…

Respect and power to the Fallen comrades of the 1971 Attica Rebellion. Long live the revolution… September 9th….

The GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF CORRUPTION: Thoughts from the inside

in order to see rehabilitation one must free or learn how to free thier mind from the mental mazes of designed stagnation. Our struggle is no different from the nationwide dehumanization that the other systems of imprisonment are allowing to be applied. The offenders rehabilitation is the least of concern of the prisonercrats. the following “criticism” is a product formed from experience behind these walls of oppression. The young offenders are forced to be predatorial beginning as soon as they enter diagnostic. Majority of Georgia level 5 institutions have poor security and this is why the offender is self dependent. both correctional offficials and fellow offenders pose to be a potential threat. everday violence is seen or mentioned to become a possible event that will occur in the near future. institutional paranoia is develope. the highest level of education offered is a Ged.offenders with alot of time[5 years or more] are put on the back burner. the living conditions os our housing units are inhumane in most areas and the medical services provided are inadequate. our basic human rights are disregarde and the laws of justice are only implmented when its time to cover up a wrong doing by its administers. malpractices such as verbal and physical harassment, excessive use of force, starvation, tampering with incoming and out going mail without probable reasoning, and denial or limited access to courts or legal aid services are just a few of the vast illicities imposed on us daily. i do not speak for those who miscondcut causes such reprisal to occur. i deplore the distress for those who this maltreatment is being imposed on because they strive to serve justice when injustice occurs. two wrongs will only create an epidemic of vengance and digression. repressed by the disoder of power many offenders cannot even feel the need for their will to change. as the authoritarian apllies oppression the stride of doubtful and confused human remain regressive. the georgia department of correction creates the criminalization it swore and is paid to correct. reinstitution of the officials and ethnics is an essentail need there cannot and will not be a massive, not even a partial productive change for correction if the people of society continue to ignorantly or consciously support the georgia department of corruption. this is the institutional genocide of humankind. all power is vested in the people

We need to unify: Thoughts on uprising from the inside

my name is Jamaall Pridgett, I am a brother of [an anarchist prisoner who corresponds with ABC]. I was surprised to know that there is someone who is willing to support the struggle against the government. Race is not the topic, because we the peoples of all races are being victimize within this war. I have a lot to say to you and those of society and in confinement as for my point of view of a solution and as a nation. This is the rich vs the poor, Power vs Powerful, and as I see, we’re not saying enough, so we’re not saying what must be and needed to be said. We for once need to build a net work that would bring all races together, we need to unify the nation. Wouldn’t it be justice if we could have a direct connection to the president? I say that because even an anarchy need 2 utilize these numbers, by becoming aware that we are a imperial democracy of element and by having a elective representative, this also goes for the other rebelling. Wouldn’t it be justice if we could have a direct connection to the president? Someone deligated and diligent for us all as a functional and form of an unified nation of citizens. We can demand lives for lives, being that the government have no other solution but for us to forgive and move on, when they have tooken Innocence lives, so what about us guys in here lockdown that took lives or a life when we were younger, can we brothers of all race be somehow forgiving and emancipated to reunite with our family in society. What about these 15, 20 and 30 years people have done, don’t they need a second chance, regardless of the sin that was committed. I mean who hands haven’t been dirty of sins? We foreseen this war because while the racism was going on and we were fighting each other. Think about it! We were fighting each other, so the ones watching the fight are acting as their concern and peacemakers, but their motives are to keep us traumatized, profound emotional shock, confused, off-balance, blind to the fact etc. Now that we were overcoming that racism syndrome, our enemies have played a trump card, and if we fail to realize that were to unify as one body then we’re simply running on a treadmill, while they’re on an escalator moving forward and leaving us right where we started. We turned a blind eye before until it came kicking our doors in, killing our family in their communities, oppressing us any and every way they seen possible. Now we’re slowly turning another eye out of emotions away from the facts. All that will come about this is hate, not Justice, not peace, no equality, not Freedom etc unless we THINK AHEAD and start applying within for the preparation of a semi longevity war. Don’t get it twisted, any stand is better than no stand, we are standing strong now, so let’s move together as a force and nation of citizens, let’s step into their lives, business and war zone, let’s kick some ass’s or die trying to get our respect back and freedom and justice, let’s run this country, let’s run this new and improved machine. God made man, man made or makes the government! As we answer to God/universe etc to your belief, the government answer to us! We can destroy this system from the inside and out.

If we’re expected to let go, forget, forgive and turn the blind eye to the officers that have been killing, assaulting etc to us and or someone we have concerned for. In return we expect the government to allow us to build and govern our own communities, attend to our needs and to respect our democracy. As we know, we cannot just say let the lifers go, we have to let them know that it’s only one life to live and that we deserve the chance to be out in society as well, what makes the cops different from us, murder is murder except that we’ve been punished and have learned to not harm anymore, but is that safe to say for the state side, and regardless of our so call prison rap sheet, it’s best to not judge a book by its cover and to ask questions from reliable sources before assuming out of fictitious and emotions of why were still violent. We have to be more creative with our demands and politics. We can’t just say give us our surviving warriors, give us our back bones, give us our muscles. Give us the rest of our body, give us our brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, lovers and friends, or give us back Trayvon Martin, Mike Brown, Chuy, Aiyana Stanley Jones, Natasha McKenna, Sandra Bland, Rekia Boyd and so many other Browns, Blacks, weights etc that have been brutal murdered by the cops, we can’t just say give us our money and rights over self. If all fails us, our trump card is the youth and the elders do need to be supportive, but encouraging youth to attend and devote themselves towards the function of the rising nation of citizens. At these functions, we have to let it be known that by all means unless for the cause of the rising nation they’re not to enter the prison system of any acts against our own. This must not be said once or only on special occasions, but at all times stress this, enforce this etc.

If the falling soldiers don’t make it out, at least it will decrease the economics for them and increase the capital for us. The oppressors must be suppressed, keep doing what you all have been doing night and day and day and night. Live for this war!! Once the leaders in here lead the way to suppress, the rest will follow, the same for society. Leading by example is everything, if we can unify and discipline ourselves, we’re on the road to conquer and self-government if we stand as a democracy.

Remember that this machine we’re up against have order, structure, unity and oaths or agreements. They have guns, technology, information, knowledge, wisdom and understanding. They’re all playing their positions and utilizing their potentials while we’re not, so it’s safe to say by them the humans that some of them are are our own flesh and blood and that’s the hardest strategy they have yet came about, so let’s really strategize back against me informants. The body needs to work together all the way around, let’s not focus on the old roads, or their roads, let’s make New Roads, let’s innovate, let’s protest, let’s get down to the nitty-gritty, decimal of the solution. My name is Jamaall Pridgett, GDC #1000378675 Valdosta State Prison, PO Box 36, Valdosta Georgia, 31603.

Feel free to reach me, I’m all about elevating, evolving, growing & developing, helping all of you findself, or purpose and to overstand that this Revolutionary War of US citizens versus our government. JUST-ICE = COLD WORLD peace. Don’t judge the flaw of my view, it’s fair to others and helpful to us all.

“I fight to keep that small piece of me alive.” Rape and minors in adult facilities

To whomever may read and understand this,
I will start this off by saying that my name is Lakendrick Demond Davis. I am 36 years of age. I have been locked up since I was twelve years old. I am writing this because I want parents, brothers, sisters, aunt’s, uncle’s, and anyone else who want’s to know how prison is destroying the youth at a young age. You tell me how can a person fix themself to send a child to a grown man facility. The world ask can you be a product of your environment and the answer is yes. I am living proof of that. I have never been with a woman but I like women, but think on this, I been with another man who throught himself a woman. The prison that I started at was Lee Arendale State Prison A.K.A. Alto. If you was not fucking then you was the man, but if you were getting fucked then you was a bitch. This is how my life turn out. When I turned 17teen years old I was sent to general population. I was sent to what you would call a thunderstorm, where two days after I came into the dorm 5 guys came into my room and asked me was I going to fuck or fight. I was so scared that I fought out of fear and when I knew that I had no win. When things like this happen were do a child go for help. You don’t, you take the law into your own hands. Now you become a bigger threat to the people in the free world, because you are scarred and hurt. If you do not know how to deal, tell me what do you become? I will tell you, someone who is angry all the time. Someone who hates, is not sure of himself, who sees blood and want to hurt someone if he is touched wrong. He starts to force himself on others, because he is fighting a goddamn war within himself and can’t control it. Now the world is black to him and everybody is a enemy. The world says that eight out of ten will return to prison, but ask them why and what are they doing to stop it. You put kids in the savage lands and tell them to survive what will they become. Savages!!! The system will take from the youth and keep destroying their hopes and dreams until someone speaks up about it and mean it. Just think how I will react when I’m out. What good will I be to a woman, with my mind fucked up like it is? My soul is calling out for help, but I wonder will anybody answer. I am tired and want to rest and not get up, but I keep fighting cause I can’t give up and I know that God has a purpose for me. I want to help wherever I can. I do not wish for anybody else’s child to go through what me and my family has gone through. The child that I was and that is inside of me is leaving, but trying to hold on. If the child vanishes then I am dead, so I fight to keep that small piece of me alive.

Excessive force by corrections officers

July 8th, 2016

On June 30th, 2016, I witnessed a prisoner by the name of Jeffrey Reeves be subjected to excessive force by two CERT (Correctional Emergency Response Team) officers for nothing. This young Caucasian male was approached at the dinner meal and asked by cert officer Smith about a tray that layed unattended at his table. The prisoner explained that another prisoner was sitting there, but had suddenly left for some odd reason or another and that it was not his tray.

The officer departed and minutes later the other prisoner returned and picked several items to eat and gave the rest of the tray to Jeff. I watched from a row over as officer Smith spoke with officer Garmany (CERT) and nodded towards Jeff’s table.

As we exited the mess hall, something transpired inside that I did not see, but the prisoner was shoved outside on the walk and he was saying “I didn’t do nothing, man. You walked up to me saying you were going to slap me in my face.” The two officers (CERT) then began to yell at the prisoner to “shut the fuck up!” And slammed his head into the brick wall where he immediately sustained a cut over his eye and a bloody mouth.

As this incident unfolded; more staff approached: Sgt. Clay, Deputy Warden of Security Mr. Dewberry, Lt. Mcallister and a few more that I’m not familiar with due to my recent arrival here at this prison.

This prisoner was layed on his stomach, but still voicing the cruelness of these officers handlings. While so; Officer Smith placed his taser gun to the prisoners buttocks and shocked him for about 10 seconds. He kept yelling out; “stop resisting!” Prisoners began to complain and protest. We were then ordered to lie down on the scorching pavement, with our hands our sides.

This prisoner was placed in feet and handcuffs. The feet shackles were administered by a female; Sgt. Clay. And all while this took place, the Deputy Warden of Security held no authority on how to handle this maneuver.

Officer Garmany is a repeat offender of prisoner abuse. In February 2016. As officers were subduing a prisoner, he ran full speed and jumped into the air and hit an innocent bystander in prisoner with a flying knee. I observed this my first week here.

I’ve been in dorms where 2 riots broke out and Mr. Dewberry locked the dorm down as a hole and opened it back with the same offenders still housed there. By the grace of God nothing else transpired.

Hays State Prison is the only level 6 Prison in GA. The CERT staff is abusive, disrespectful, and agitators to violence. Since they have taser guns now, inmates are hesitant to voice the opinion, let alone hold court with them. All or majority of conflicts take place at chowcall with them. The chowhall does have cameras common but they quickly escort the conflict outside where there aren’t any cameras.

There is bound to be an uprising if this kind of treatment continues. I am honored to expose the injustice and mistreatment by the correctional officers at any prison that I’m housed in. Peace, respect and encourage to all.

Institutional Genocide

A crime of regulated deception and maniacal entrapment. How can its victim be subterfuge by the policy of disorder? The life of countless people are compelled to comply with this inhumane and devaluing condition of living. The inner maze displays a patternized scene of deteriorating machines who were once beings of humanity. For the establishment workers… Operators of procedure, life is very unfortunate and less they walk as a policized minion by choice. Dishearten by the duty they pledge to execute as legal criminals. Their wrongs are disguised by the ordained law of rightness. The inferior force can seem so gigantic to the being of oppression. The obvious order that must be implemented is disregarded by the masses. The scenery within these walls puzzle the minds of submission with its phases of becloudment. The drugs of salvation includes the focus to the realm of illusional comfort. Disparagement affects the human in a detrimental way as life begin to seem worthless. No heart of steel can feel the spirits of the real meaning actions of sincerity are looked upon as a facade to conceal a hidden agenda. In the maze of institutional genocide the beings of free will become cyclic. Programmed by instructions of a dehumanizing manual. The con is a project in a reality of the disadvantage. Their Refuge is their will of indominacy and goals of progress for triumph is liberation. The mushroom theory is in effect, physical we are fed enough to live but not what is needed to lower our risk of developing deadly health problems. Mentally the conditions of distress puts the average employee and offender in a suicidal state. Thoughts of rage being built by endurance of malorder correction is repressed. Decivilized by the principles of common survival many die every day as their imagination is content to restrain itself with the doubt of evolution. Spiritually, man has placed law of the land over the law of the universe. By policy that are conflictive, restrictions are set to hinder the full dedication and practice of one’s faith. Hope and inspiration is a threat to the totalitarian order. Humankind is distorted by the vast of restriction that are policize to regulate our privilege of freedom. So much disparity the faith of a broken soul has placed the omnipotent one secondary to the power of atrocity. Instructed to negate the life that is meant to be for the death we come to accept. All around the world the hierarchy demonstrates their beliefs and intentions for the blind common kind. Our means are justified by their ends of esoteric growth. The maze of perplexity that mechanize the human mind life is hard trying to escape the institutional genocide.

All power is vested in the people
We must stop consential peonage.
