Unity

Unity in these times is a necessity. Families are constantly being separated. And a fatal destruction awaits our communities without the efforts to unify. As we grow in institutions that contains disunified groups. But before I go any further you should have a clear understanding so I’ll specify. (The institutions are our communities and the disunified groups are our families.)
Now as we grow in institutions that contains disunified groups will allow some to stray and cause many to fend for their own. But if we build to change and develop unity our families it will lessen the high probability of the youth to fend for their own, which will give them a chance at avoiding being another statistic. I grow up in a very dysfunctional family most on drugs or caught up in the street life is what we call it. It consists of illegal doings and violence. Which is where I felt right at home not because of what I’m used to, but because there was no unity nor a sense of care amongst my family. So I strayed on a journey in search for something I knew existed but never had. Now I’m facing a life sentence plus five for the lack of knowledge and my curiosity for things that should have been provided to me during my childhood. But because of division I became a statistic. No education, and hardships through mass incarceration. Unity is important because it will bring the teachings, the love, care and etc. I see it as if we’re unified as a whole it itself will bring change upon the community (so let’s unify).

Man Child

By: Brotha Hest

Hearing gunshots ring outside my project window…
10 years old and wondering what did place me here for?
All I know is that I gots to protect my Mama and Sis…
But each time shotz rang out I duck down like a puss…

There has to be a way that those dealers and thugs can be beat!
I’ve got some ideas, though I ain’t sure how to take on this feat
So I continuously analyze this challenging situation beyond my door…
As the only male in my home I must secure them from my core!

Journeying out into the Hood I now despise, and at times fear…
This path is not clear, but of these other young boys I’ll be a peer…
We will combine our knowledge and figure out how to wipe Mama’s tear.
Even if it requires becoming the very same monster which scarred a childhood career.

That’s right my dear, we boys are so afraid that a mean man we appear…
For the fact of this matter is that we’ve yet to develop, can’t you hear..?
Listen closer to our cries, and see the many masks worn by us my dear…
It’s no wonder we gravitate from toy to gunz, projects to prisons without a jeer…

Yet, make no mistake, we still need help raising that boy still inside…
Regardless of how big and tough we look our actions prove the boy can hide…
Until it’s time for us to man up and fight our case or send gifts to Junior
Patience to learn the law and how to flip a store call had always been left over yonder…

So be understanding of the arrested development we can’t classify.
Because if we could this system would stop punishing and treat us, we ratify!
Forcing them to view and treat us as humans that has PTSD too…
Laying that next billion into the hands of changed convicts who know what to do!

… In love & service

The Evil of Georgia’s S.M.U. — expose by a prisoner

Isolated island like, sitting ominously on a little more than an acre of land and enclosed behind several barbed wire fences stands a torture chamber known as the Special Management Unit (S.M.U.)
This morbid looking structure is home to up to 192 souls who are alleged to have committed an assortment of prison infractions or who have simply been designated as individuals of notoriety by the Georgia Dept. of Corrections.
Admission into this draconian abode often comes absent of even the most basic fundamental due process of law protections as many inmates are essentially kidnapped and sent to the S.M.U. At the mere whim of prison wardens across the state.
To assign the word “appeal” to the process that inmates have at their disposal to challenge placement in the S.M.U. does the very word a grave injustice.
The so-called appeal is nothing but a thinly-veiled, empty and meaningless farce as field operations manager, Belinda Davis, responsible for the processing of these appeals rarely if ever bothers to answer or issue an inmate a response to their written appeals. Let alone conduct a legitimate review as to the validity of the reasons for an inmate’s internment.
Once encased inside this house of horrors a person can expect to languish inside it for four, five, even six years or more of practically 24-hour a day solitary confinement experiencing physical, mental and psychological torture in its purest form!
While there are certainly aspects of the S.M.U. which inherent to its construction render it inhumane and cause its punishment design to be of a medieval type, the real malevolence of the S.M.U. is directly attributable to those who operate it on a day-to-day basis.
The S.M.U. administration is composed of three classic house negroes; Superintendent Michael Cannon, Deputy of Warden William Powell and unit manager George Ball. In concert with one another, this sadistic trio ensures that inmates under their supervision experience the absolute worse that humanity has to offer.
Inmates under their care are prohibited from enjoying any outside recreation time for an automatic three-month period of time when first admitted to the S.M.U. This despite the S.O.P. policy requiring every inmate receive a minimum of 5 hours out of cell rec. per week.
These three orchestrators of misery through their non-intervention and subtle direction allow a Gestapo like atmosphere to fester inside the S.M.U. in the form of numerous physical beatings suffered by inmates at the hands of prison staff.
Inmates housed in the S.M.U. are fed animal-like as meals are served in child-sized, thin styrofoam trays, where food items are often mixed together, cold to the point of congealment and severely under proportioned.
Even the very core of the Tier III Program in the S.M.U. which is based upon a gradual increase in relation to an inmate’s behavior and compliance to rules is subjugated by the administration as inmates who have earned certain privileges do not receive them.
The S.M.U. administration’s indifference to inmates’ health is manifest in delayed or blatantly substandard medical care.
The administration also places inmates safety in constant peril as they ignore the widespread practice of officers essentially abandoning dorms and falsifying cell check documentation. It is not uncommon for officers who have been assigned to work in dorms to disappear for two, three, sometimes four hours. When the officers do show up and make their rounds they routinely sign the “cell checklists” multiple times at once giving the impression that their required 30 minute cell checks were performed.
While there has been an onslaught of attention focused on the many deprivations of the S.M.U. by various media outlets lately, I wonder how much longer it will take before the brutality and inhumanity being inflicted upon myself and other inmates here comes to an end?
I wonder when the Georgia Dept. of Corrections hierarchy will have an epiphany and recognize that the S.M.U. is an innate object and that those who they have assigned to operated are responsible for its cruelty?
I do know that the arch enemy of evil is light. The light of exposure to its darkness!
Thus, I encourage anyone who believes that all human beings deserve humane treatment to utilize whatever resources at their disposal to expose the S.M.U. for what it truly is.

Where is the Modern Moderation–A prisoner’s take on ICE family separations

Where is the Modern Moderation

I see the nation is focus on the cruel i.C.E. project The prisonercrats are implementing all around the land of moderation. Conflictive by nature let us break down its ruse components. Disrupting The chosen prospects’ family structure weakens the race traditional ethnics. The victims are now mentally depressed and vulnerable to situations that causes social psychosis. Now the dysfunctional families are venturing through the many paths of America Warfare. The prisoners are held captive behind the walls of concentration camps. Others will venture to the life of crime to meet the ends of premature death of mass incarceration. Others will veer off to to the lane of intoxicated suicide consuming the substances of debilitation. The successful few will become fellow capitalist expanding the customercy rate across the nation and its neighbors. The concept of capitalism prevent the understanding of equality set in the states of the deforming nation of people. The few  to exceed are imbalance because one fraction compromises to the new order while the other works toward independence and self-reliance. Disunified and slow in productivity as a collective the nationality is accustomed to the New Order. One nation at a time the current establish divides and conquer. How can Black America be so blind to the fact that history is repeating itself. Same establishment, same order, but a new nation of people – if you question what our history would be to witness – just focus on the nature of the immigrants who are our common kind with a common interest.
This is racial cultural genocide

Gentrification = Genocide

Greetings comrades, since around 2006-07 throughout Augusta Atlanta and Savannah Georgia; City officials have been “closing down” its government-funded housing projects. When I first noticed this regime, I didn’t fully know the reason why? I thought that it was because of the violence within said communities… Wrong!

There was a bigger play at stake. GENOCIDE!! The longtime residents of Gilbert Manor, Underwood Homes and Cherry Tree Crossing in Augusta. Bowen Homes, Perry Homes, Carver Homes of Atlanta, Strapmore, Hitck Village, and Garden Homes in Savannah were forced into homelessness!!

Unjustly displaced from their longtime homes for money interest and population controlling methods. I had this conversation with a decent minded individual and he said that the government didn’t leave us without homes… I agreed to an extent, because they do give vouchers for Section 8. But in the neighborhoods that accept them, the cost of utilities outweigh the funds available.

Housing: land as a human right for all semicolon not a privilege and the city’s plans to redevelop and gentrify these cities of Georgia as well as the entire U.S. as a whole is contradictory. It was already a struggle for survival in America, that is why are Urban Housing Development was created. The struggle continues today, so what would give the capitalist class enemy be ideal that going from $150.00 rent to $300.00 with 200.00 utilities to 600.00 utilities wouldn’t be compromising to the individual??

The labor aristocracy are moving into the redeveloped communities and overtaking the neighborhoods and their cultural diversity. They’re setting back or struggle another 20 years. It’s like giving us rope to pull ourselves in, but then snatching the rope back. Violence is violence whether it be within the urban community or Parkland High School or the Middle East. We are a nation: a group of people on one piece of land with a common economy, common language, and national psychology. Black, white or brown. We can redevelop our own hoods one at a time. All it takes is the vision. The hardest and longest part of walking a mile, is take the first step.

If not us; who? If not now; when??? J.F.K. peace comrades of struggles. Good work to BLAQman sear and Ocki Khalil… I’m witcha! KING COE tha Great!!

The word help never be heard, but fuck you get an answer

Talkin with sense, they turn their nose like you’re a dirty pamper.

But I’m the crazy one if you let them tell it, Respect goes a long way but not in this pace!

If you not part of the elite, you get beat to sleep.

Most e-mails dont go out cause they dont want the heat.

Inmates wanting to be officers dying to speak, Sir I’ll pack his Property and destroy his good.

Most in the step-down lost and can’t be found, what I mean bout that, inmates will lock you down.

For a detail and packout sir I’ll tell it all, to show you I’m not playing #— got a phone.

Now you see what I’m talking bout fuck the step-down,

For four hours and T.V.s these killers become police.

But I’m the crazy one cause I wanna be free!

I’ll die before I fold, starve before I break,

Never will I help the Pigs OPPRESS Inmates.

I try to stay asleep cause being woke is Pain
Reminiscing on freedom, want me to charge it to the game
What did I do to deserve all this pain?
I just want my life back, they don’t understand that!
Used to be a family guy, and now I’m a nobody?
Sitting in this prison cell, going in circles like that Audi
My heart crying cause she abandoned me
Tears in my face
I miss my family
Mama got an illness, grandma don’t want to take her meds
They say don’t question god but I need an answer
Union city jail holding my brother for a ransom
My niece and nephew died before their time
My sister dealing with pain, it’s so hard to maintain
These walls looking at me while I sleep calling my name
These walls won’t stop looking at me
At me
The only time i’m free
is when I go back to sleep

First-hand report: Hunger Strike in GA Prision

My name is Charles Shepard #1001527186. I am housed in the Georgia Diagnostic & Classification Prison – Special Management Unit (SMU).

Anyhow, there is a class action against this prison headed by Human Rights Attorney Ryan Primerano, phone # (404)688-1202 extension (404)688-9440.

I hate the system! Have been fighting them for almost 20 years. Anyhow, I have organized a hunger strike involving approx. 8 inmates, with more to join. This will start 1-30-18. I need the public to know. I will try to explain our situation, my hands hurt as I have been writing all day.

We are not receiving Recreation at all. Some people do, but the majority of us have been placed on Red. Restriction which is illegal. When you first arrive here, you don’t receive it at all for 90 days.

Our property is held for 90 days. Religious, legals, personal mail, hygiene. We don’t receive proper cell sanitation. Our food portions are very small. Our counselors don’t come around when they are supposed to. We are not given books to read. And many other issues.

I was told a little about what you do and am very interested in getting involved. I’m down to 18 months left, but have some new bogus charges that I’m representing myself in. I’m 37, white male, associate’s degree in psychology; theology and currently studying law; language; Islam and electronics. I’m very intelligent and hate the government. I am a Muslim (not a terrorist) I am actually Sunni. I am very interested in corresponding with anyone who wants to and can discuss just about any subject, will accept mail from any race, religion, sex or creed.

Please do what you can to get my info out there in the mainstream. Mailing info:

PICK YOUR POISON… KKKiller cops are facing a new choice

Greetings revolutionary brothers and sisters,
Do not get me wrong; I do not wish prison on any man. I believe that it is modern-day slavery and exploitation of AmeriKKKan dollars. But that is another topic. Victory to the Carolina family whose son / brother was murdered in cold blood by a PEACE OFFICER!!  This man received a 20-year prison sentence. The reason it is a victory is because it is the first recently publicized nation conviction that I have witnessed. The video footage of the slaughter was undeniably plain as day gritty. Though this isn’t the first time it’s been plain as day video and the KKKop was acquitted.
Philando Castille’s family received a 2 plus million wrongful death civil suit but Jeronimo Yanez was still found NOT GUILTY! Though he was fired, Ms. Valerie Castille, a 61 year old cafeteria worker and Philando’s mother, four year old daughter and his girlfriend were not satisfied. Neither was the family of Mike Brown who also won a civil suit, but killer was acquitted.
The Castille family’s pain was eased by a jury convicting this KKKop of cold blooded murder. Now I, myself, am in prison for a similar charge and if the victim’s family considers me being here a victory then I can only accept my fate and ask that God bless them to eternity. But BLAQmen such as myself get convicted 365 days a year. How rarely is someone sworn to protect and serve gets their due share for violating their oath of duty??? My oath is nary similar to theirs. Survival.
Many grieving families hope this is a beginning. An eye opener across the U.S. of KKKorrupted KKKops. I just pray that policemen everywhere see that the same thing can happen to them if they unjustly continue to slaughter young innocent BLAQmen in these streets. To EVERY PEACE OFFICER with wicked thoughts…. Would you rather prison or a true Nat Turner uprising?? Pick your poison…

REBELLIOUS I’LL BE UNTIL YOU KILL ME: Poetry from lockdown

By: Lamar Westside Gates
Rosa Parks a part of me, I refuse to move my feet
No, I’m not Dr. King, but I got a lotta dreams
Trying to be astronaut, outer here, yes indeed!
Speaking like Malcolm got me X out, watch me bleed,
No Johnnie Cochran in my life so I’m doing life.
My Madame C. J. Walker tryin to get my head right,
But I need dat Bob Marley just to get my head right.
What happened to date Condaleeza Rice’s who can make it right?
American soldiers dying fighting da wrong fight
Dat ‘N’ Word got so much Power messing up life
We use it all day, but others do, it ain’t right!
I’m in a race running to make things right
Too many voices in silence dying to talk,
You wishing for a Coretta but will you treat her right
Who are you to tell me that I can’t date white?
Don’t try to block da love I have to give, it don’t matter yo color, love is real.
We put our faith and values in da wrong things, it’s no secret the police been killing brothers, black on black crime, it’s da same, killing brothers.
When we all gon come together as one? Why we only come together for football and basketball games? How come it takes pain and tragedy to make us same? If we all get on the same page, things will change.
I want to tell you dis, dis my response to all dat’s going on.
We need more Jackie Robinsons of every race to break the barrier.
What Trump been doing planed facts, if he don’t play by dey rules, he become da X man assassinated like da rest Man…
