As I sit here, a few days from the celebration of AmeriKkka’s Independence. I ponder the hypocrisy of this nation.The so-called citizens of this KKKountry turn a blind eye to the treatment of their fellow human beings in this so-called civilized society, and allow the enslaved human to die in these Torture Chambers.The Government in the guise of protecting its so-called citizens have implemented a program of enslaving humans in detention centers and denying them basic human decency and rights! In the ACDC of Georgia, Atlanta, A human was subjected to Willful and Deliberate Indifference by his captors and was allowed to suffer and eventually Die from medical neglect. How can a so-called civilized society ignore and deny any Human being medical help? The answer is simple, the Common man/woman doesn’t matter to the Spiritual and Morally dead.They don’t matter to the enslaver because if they did, the Operator and sustainer of this Evil, would have to admit to the World that he/she is Morally and Spiritually KKKorrupt! Thus in being forced to admit such a Truth, this nation would have to dismantle this System of Exploitation and Oppression of the Common man/woman. So how much longer, will AmeriKKKa’s citizens fail to fight for the voiceless, the poor and disenfranchised, and allow Humans to be Tortured and Murdered by this system. The Land of the so-called Free, what a joke! As AmeriKKKans prepare to parade and party on the 4th of July, a family will be mourning the loss of their loved one, who’s only real KKKrime was trying to achieve the so-called AmeriKKKan Dream. As one who is KKKonfined in this system of Oppression, I can Truthfully Testify that not a day passes, that a Human isn’t being subjected to the Evils of this Twisted and INHUMANE system of so-called public safety. All anyone has to do is investigate the system, and they’ll find just how KKKorrupt AmeriKKKa’s Executive, Judicial, and Administrative administrators truly are. So when anyone boasts and brags about AmeriKKKa’s so-called greatness, think about the senseless death a HUMAN suffered at the A.C.D.C of Atlanta, Georgia due to his captor’s Willful and Deliberate Indifference to his need of Humane and Adequate Medical Treatment. How many more must suffer and Die from such Moral Deprivation?

Trump’s border knows no Humanity: The story of a detainee, oh sorry a prisoner
It has been said many times that any law that does not have human compassion is cruel and inhuman. Just because the current government failed to get its immigration executive order pass the test of the Constitution and on a smaller scale UN human rights standard does not give the ICE officers the freedom to play judge jury and executioner. what happened to the American culture of “Bring me your poor and wretched yearning for freedom and liberty”, I guess it has been flushed down the detention — Oh sorry, prison– toilet. Make no mistake, the treatment of detainees oftentimes are worse than an average domestic prisoner for the simple fact that 99% of detainees are in search of freedom, greener pasture, exchange of skills, quality education and/or vacation and once detain–sorry, imprisoned–are afraid of demanding fair treatment for fear of being victimized by the ICE officers and the court system. My encounter with INS, now known as ICE, begins in 1999 when I was deported back to the UK after serving a jail term for possession of a weapon, keep in mind that the weapon was at a private residence and not in a public place. On the day of my deportation, two INS officers picked me up at a Maryland state prison and took me to the airport. This was after 5 months of INS prison time. This is how long it took for INS to process my document for deportation. On getting to the airport I was given a piece of paper that has my name and the law that governs my deportation, I never appear before a judge and the condition of my deportation was never revealed to me, specifically the length of years I was barred from reentry into the US. I remember asking the officers and I was told if I want to come back to apply for a visa in about 5 to 10 years. Fast forward to May 3 2017 at Atlanta City Airport coming for a community Wellness Festival, it’s about celebrating generosity and culture (how ironic) organized by my cousin in Tucson Arizona. Unfortunately for me, as much as I try to hide my past on the Esta online visa application my past caught up with me at the point of entry. The ICE officers refused my entry after 5 hours of looking into my past and assessing the purpose of my visit, I was asked to consent to immediate removal which I gladly did. I was to be barred for five years from the US under this removal condition. Hoping that I will be sent back to the UK the next day I called my family to inform them of the situation and that I will be back in the UK the next day but to my surprise instead of my removal from the US I was told that the removal order has been withdrawn that I now face a criminal charge of illegal entry due to the fact that my 1999 deportation order has an indefinite bar clause. I tried to explain to the officers that I was never informed of this clause either in writing or verbally and under the immigration law my offense is not an aggravated felony and I should not have been deported under the indefinite bar, well it is now 14 days and counting and I am yet to be charged in court, which constitutes an illegal detention under the criminal code. Another point to note is, if I am under the indefinite part in 1999 why was I asked to consent to immediate removal order with a five years bar and why did it take 12 hours for the ICE officers to locate the condition of my 1999 deportation order. If they could retrieve all other information about my deportation on their system and could not see the condition of my deportation until 12 hours later, something is wrong. Since 5/4/2017 I have been in prison at Atlanta prison awaiting a court appearance on a criminal charge of illegal re-entry, mind you I was told by the officer in charge of my case that I will receive a visit from court appointed lawyer the next day and will appear in court a couple of days later. I have since learned that it is the same lies that’s been told to all the detainees and that a court appearance will take a minimum of three weeks and best case scenario I will be in prison for 2 to 3 months. If this is true it will have a devastating impact on me and my family in London England, anything longer will destroy all that I have worked for in the past 17 years.
When you look at the prison facility and the condition of the detainees you begin to wonder why ICE will decide to prosecute a case like mine as opposed to just deportation or why it’s taking two to three months to deport a detainee that has willingly signed a deportation order, thereby wasting US taxpayers’ money with the unreasonable delay and at the same time violating human rights standards. For example Mr Faustino in cell 210 was removed from his cell and taken to isolation because he went on a hunger strike in protest of his continued imprisonment of almost two months after he has paid ICE for his return ticket back to Mexico. Since then a few more detainees have also taken to express their frustration by going on hunger strike. The sheer lack of compassion and empathy has led to the huge backlog of cases, deception and many lies by the ICE officers to ALL the detainees, if you ask any detainee about the information they are receiving from their DO ‘s (deportation officers) they will tell you it has been one lie after another and these are the same officers that are supposed to uphold the law and read you your Miranda Rights. Good luck waiting for your DO to show up for their scheduled visit to the prison block.
It’s no news to the media or families of detainees that the deportation procedure is too slow and yet nothing is being done by the government to rectify this problem. As I mentioned earlier what happened to the notion of “bring me your poor and wretched yearning for freedom” when the system is about to deport Rafael in cell 205 back to the country he left at the age of one year and now 18 years later he is faced with being separated from his entire family. Or in the case of great grandpa Patel at the age of 80 with diabetes condition went into shock on the 13/5/2017 and almost died due to the delay in receiving his medication, the point is why is ICE detaining an 80-year-old man when he could have been sent back or released to his family with a leg tracker? There were many tears when he was struggling for breath and disoriented.
Apart from inefficiency by ICE it is also evident that ICE lack the funds to provide basic needs for the detainees. Situations where medical request takes 3 to 5 days to see a doctor or where it’s a struggle to get hot water for bathing, the food are often terrible and small where sometimes two dry and old cornbread is in a meal to make up for the small portion. The hygiene products provided for detainees are not only inferior China products, some are also dangerous, such as the bath soap that dry the skin and blister the lips for days. The interesting part is that the issue of poor facility can be resolved with adequate funding or proper effectiveness of ICE process and procedure, why should it take 3 to 4 weeks to appear in court once the decision has been made that court appearance is needed or two to three months to execute a voluntary removal order. This period of cruel and unnecessary imprisonment is inhuman and a waste of US taxpayers’ money.
Furthermore compassion and empathy will also go a long way in the reduction of backlog cases and cost situation where when a Senior Correction Officer enter the prison block the detainees are meant to put their back to the next available wall regardless of if it’s eating time or not shows cruelty through the officers always allow us to continue with our meal, nonetheless the rules still apply. Furthermore why the state or federal government will ask a nonworking illegal immigrant to pay taxes on phone calls, hygiene products and medical items etc. is very strange and interesting. There is also a hint of extortion / exploitation on the pricing of these products and services, the detainees are charged at least four times higher than the street value, it makes one wonder how in a state and federal run so-called Detention Center who is capitalizing on these fraudulent schemes.
Update: today is a sad day, I have just learned that Great Grandpa Patel, the 80-plus-year-old man from India died yesterday 17/5/17 at the detention Clinic due to the complications he suffered while in ICE custody.
Due to the many protests by concerned citizens in regard to our continued incarceration in prison condition, for which the last one was held yesterday on the prison ground we received visitors from ICE human right division. The purpose of their visit was in regard to the poor prison conditions and to investigate the death of Mr. Patel from India. An attempt has been made to improve the condition at the facility but the condition is a small part in the concern of detainees ICE process and procedure lack humanity and it’s broken. For example I started my hunger strike on 1/6/17 due to the fact that since 3/5/17 when I was arrest at the airport they have yet to arraign me in court, which is now 30 days overdue. Once a detainee start a hunger strike the procedure is that I should have been notified immediately but due to broken process and procedure it took 2 days for my hunger strike to be documented and for ICE to be notified, now most hunger strikes last two days that’s when your DO will come and explain your situation to you, but mine will probably last a lot longer due to bad management. Thanks to officer Renfroe and officer Jackson and few other officers who ignored my hunger strike my first two days on hunger strike meant nothing. Good news just received a visit from my DO and his supervisor, the supervisor said he just received today the letter I posted to him two weeks ago and the DO said he has been on vacation, and resume back to work today, go figure. When all else fails, lie. I was told I would not be prosecuted but I will have to see the judge who will determine my eligibility letter to process on my visit into the US or to be deported back to UK. So I guess once again hunger strike works if a detainee wants to exercise his or her right now that it documented that I have been on hunger strike the sheriff and his supervisor officer Bernell will have to get a move on with my case. I just received a visit from the incompetent ICE officer that handled my case at the airport over 1 month ago, he brought my charge document to sign, this is a document I should have signed at the airport over 30 days ago and it is the only reason why my case got lost in the system for over a month until I went on hunger strike.
In conclusion, it is easy to pin the failure of immigration policies on Donald Trump or the government but sorry the citizens must realize the abuse of freedom and liberty that is being committed, situation where immigrants are getting their permanent green card withdrawn for simple misdemeanor charges or where the immigration makes new laws as they deem fit with no oversight department to cross check the laws against detainees’ human rights for example to have a law that gives DHS or ICE 90 days to deport a willing detainee is morally wrong, and unjust and contradict the values of what America stand for.

At Valdosta State Prison on the Tier II Program
Greetings to all my fellow comrades and those who care. I’m still sitting in this long-term solitary confinement longer than I was sentenced to, trying to figure it all out. It is said this is a 9-month program but yet when we (humans) finish our program with good behavior we still get three plused. Which means we won’t get off the program for another three months which totals up to 12 months on this Tier II program. That’s a whole year! “SMH”, somebody, anybody please help us. All you have to do is come to Valdosta State Prison and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about you have people on 3 plus just because they (the administration) don’t like you, if you’re a smart gentleman who uses the pen to take action you are getting 3 plused, etc. etc. What’s the difference between those being forced into torture chambers and those who are being held and forced to stay in long-term solitary confinement longer than sentenced. It’s no difference we are all being tortured. Somebody please help us! We don’t change our jumpsuits for months, and months at a time, the jumpsuit I have on now I had this jumpsuit since the end of February. When we write grievances they give us a receipt, but our grievances get intercepted and thrown out for everything we write up. We can have all the evidence needed and they’ll still say it wasn’t enough evidence to process a grievance. And they’ll deny it. I thought this was a free country who believes in being equal. I’m not a man who speaks on negativity, I’m a man who believes in righteousness and if it’s not right it’s gotta be wrong. even a newborn baby knows when they’re being treated wrong. This is going on all around the world, racism. Let me speak on something brother Melvin Jackson spoke on. He’s right about the situation he spoke on. But he also has to remember who those people have to answer to so the same African Americans whose oppressing us (humans) are puppets to the higher up in higher positions. It’s no excuse for them I just wanted to touch bases on that article. It’s a true fact mostly white administrations are fair when mostly African-American administrations are busy trying to prove thereselves to the whites that they are not even worried about the pain you’re causing their own race. Brother trigger 1000 spoke on Nat Turner, said he was Nat Turner, Nat Turner was a white slave master other than that statement brother Trigger 1000 has grown to think like a black man. Back to the task at hand we need some urgent help at Valdosta State Prison in Valdosta Georgia. These officials tell us things then blame it on the board of pardons and paroles, which is in Atlanta GA. Everything from why do they use 7% pepper spray in cells when its stated in the S.O.P. it’s only supposed to be used in riots. The officials say it was notarized and Atlanta approved of them to use it. We’re staying in long-term solitary confinement 23 hours a day except on Saturdays and Sundays where we stay in our cells 24 hours a day. When they Administration purchase snacks and food from restaurants in society with inmate trust funds they punish phases 1, 2, and 3 by not giving us any of it. But yet we pay for it with our $1 a month $4 for disciplinary reports $5 for sick calls and five more dollars for the medication they put us on which adds up to $10, they tell us if you don’t do this or that you’re not getting it. Now I’m not the smartest man in the world but isn’t that extortion, which is a constitutional right. It’s against the law to extort am I right? Why is it safe for the law to break the law and not get punished but the blacks and the poor break a lot we get over punished for it. I’m so serious when I say this, please somebody help us! It’s all lies they blame the board Department of Corrections for everything. Excuse me, Department of KKKorrections! Somebody needs to get the CNN news to come and check out what’s going on at prisons Tier 2 programs like Valdosta State Prison located in Valdosta GA, Hays State Prison located in Trion GA, Ware state prison located in Waycross GA, Telfair State Prison located in Telfair, GA, Smith State Prison located in Glennville, GA and Macon State Prison. It gets sadder than that though! If any type of official help in any type of way possible they Correctional offers officers feel they’re being entirely too nice. It doesn’t matter what it is, it can be that I’m giving us some positive advice or anything to help our mental or give us some enlightenment out of the Bible or whatever religion you are. Why don’t they want us to get that type of help. Why do they tell counselors to write some things on paper then they turn right around and show this person and that person what’s going on with this inmate and that inmate. They say different sessions are supposed to be confidential but turn around and let one of their co-workers know what’s going on. We (humans) aren’t safe nowhere in this place. Insight if you care y’all would get somebody out here to check on us just one time without Department of KKKorrections knowing until it is too late. Mainly Valdosta State Prison because it’s plain as day. They got people in position of authority that don’t have the slightest idea of what they’re doing. All me and every other prisoner is asking is that someone please come help us. We understand being punished for our law breaking crimes we committed but you also have to take into consideration that in places like Georgia, Florida and Alabama we’re guilty until proven innocent. But still we’re not complaining about our time because we understand our sentence but what we don’t understand and wasn’t explained to us was how badly we was gonna be treated. We’re treated like stray dogs, wild animals or even as if we got that deadly disease Ebola. The governor and commissioner 2 white guys who’s behind the strings of a African-American Administration. I sent a copy of some of the things that’s been done when we file a grievance. I have yet to hear or see any response behind us my brothers being jumped on. We took the big step and sacrificed ourselves on September 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th on the behalf of the September 9th movement. In return all we got was some blind individuals who told us they were on our side but yet kept using excuses like we can’t beat them or we gone lose. No one was thinking positive except for me, Gutta mike, Trouble G, Trey Mac and Trill. We accomplished a little we wasn’t getting mail on Friday but now we are. But on to what my point is, my point is we got assaulted by correctional officers and we used the P.O.T.P. (power of the pen) and they only sent me this paper from the Commissioner’s Office stating my grievance isn’t appealable when it clearly states that all informal grievances are appealable and they even went as far as blaming Internal Affairs, stating Internal Affairs had my informal grievance. Ok, I was suppose to speak with them they never saw me and none of the rest of my brothers either. Somebody please help us it’s us against them just put yourself in our shoes. Send someone to Valdosta State Prison in Valdosta Georgia and Hays State Prison in Trion Georgia. Send the news, CNN and I guarantee you that you got a huge story and a big change. Use my name if you want I don’t care, but I do care about a change in this cruel system. Sacrifices must be made and I’m willing to make it. “Love”

Now do anybody want to know why nobody is standing up in the system why everybody is layn down. It is simple the system has infiltrate our movements. Have you ever met a brotha that has called himself a real dude or a solid dude. But when it’s time to show up and make a stand he plays dead. I bet this is his favorite line to use. (I got too much going on. I ain’t trying to take a lost.) Such a sad case this because the system has made these men compromise their integrity. Nobody wants to sacrifice. Nobody wants to play as a team. Everybody wants to lead the team. Most of these brothas are all about self. Look around Brotha I am you and you are me. We under the same struggle daily. What the oppressor do to you they’ll do it to me. See what the oppressor is doing is given gifts to be a good inmate. Touch pad, packages once a month, chicken box etc. Now let me ask how can this system afford to give all these things. But they refuse to give us lunch back on the weekend. I have a answer. Do you all remember the $10 they took and that $1 a month that the state is taken from us. They’re making million off our family for us to enjoy temporary satisfaction. But it’s only helping them control the people. Brothas think about we are payn for all the things that they are given. Why keep given. Because people are compromising with the system to live in comfort. The mass will lay down and be happy with these things and this stuff instead of really making a change. I can’t say what’s in the next man’s heart their intention may be good but I will say that we’ve been blinded by the tricks that the system has placed in front of us. Prisoners languishing on Tier Program longer than allowed

The GA Dept. of Corrections con is being perpetrated in the guise of Valdosta State Prison not having enough cells to release prisoners from its Tier II Torture Program. The majority of prisoners being housed on this behavioral modification / prolonged solitary KKKonfinement program never met the criteria to be placed on the program nor were they sanctioned to the program as is mandated by the statutory language of G.D.C.’s S.O.P. IIB09-0001 and IIB09-0003 (A) policy. Warden Stanley Williams has been relieving Tier II appeals and many have been recommended to be returned to the general population due to them completing the program, failed to meet the standard, for such housing etc. Yet I and others are arbitrarily and unlawfully being forced to be housed in this torture program. As of Feb 4th 2017, the tier II classification recommended 3 plus status until the facility responded. On Feb 27th Warden Stanley Williams disagreed with the tier II classification recommendation and instead order that I placed on tier I and returned to population, even so I am still on prolonged solitary KKKonfinement. The excuse given is “There’s no cells in general population place you or others who’ve won their Tier II appeals.” So even though GA Dept. of KKKorrections states on its website this program is not to be used as a tool of punishing punishment or retaliation its actions are contrary to its stated false intent. Prisoners are deliberately being malnourished, subjected to mental and physical deprivations, and now denied access to their community by being forced to give or participate in a program that spies on their families through a phone system that targets S.T.G’s and their associates. Prisoners must now submit their voices to voice recognition software / spyware in order to use the phone. Due to me being conscious of the government intent I refused to give my voice. I’d rather write than call any comrade who’ll be tagged as a member of a street terrorist group as it is applied by the homeland security / Patriot Act. Anyone or any organization that stands and fights against government oppression in all its forms, is considered by the federal government a potential domestic terrorist. So all revolutionary minded prisoners and families, friends, and political associates are tagged and watched closely. So beware of what you do and say on that phone line. Before I close this I’d like to send a shout out to all the brothers and sisters, fighting this imperialistic / capitalistic machine of oppression.

Reflection on the effect of December 9th 2010: Resistance behind enemy lines

As the whole world knows by now, the day GA’s enslaved straightened their backs and rebelled under a unified front, against Georgia’s fascist slave system. December 9th 2010 is a part of revolutionary history but that’s just it. It has been 6 years 49 days since GA’s prison population set aside racial, cultural, political, and tribal differences and strove to take their humanity back.
Comrade Earthworm asked me to submit this reflection on GS’s enslaved revolutionary mindstate then, compared to now, and the effect GA’s prison strikes manifested good and bad. The Bad of said actions, has been an ongoing retaliation, GA Dept. of Corrections has continued to sub the enslaved population to. As a result of prisoners using diplomacy to govern themselves, their actions, and their revolutionary stride, the prisoncrats have implemented the Tier torture program, which sole purpose is to punish prisoners for their cultural, political, and militant beliefs. The Ombudsman unit throughout the United States of AmeriKKKa has created so-called behavioral modification programs that are designed to destroy the mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of the enslaved. It is further aided by mental health mad men/women that prescribe prisoners all forms of psychotropic drugs, that do nothing but destroy a human’s brain and body. All of this is subsidized by the federal government. States created and operate special management programs or a statewide policy that attacks any and all humans who resist being oppressed and exploited. The sad fact of the matter is that humans are dying daily in these torture programs. Prisoners are killing themselves to escape torturous days of mind-numbing stagnation and human deprivation that comes with this. I am witness to the many bodies that are carted out of these steel coffins and witness to G.D.C. Administrators scurrying to cover up the truth of the matter. GA is torturing its citizens under the guise of public safety. GA is torturing humans on these KKKlantations and the public is turning a blind eye to this fact. Yet 98% of these tortured men and women will one day walk free of these prison gates. They will come back into society cold-hearted and hate-filled. The taxpayers will get what they deserve, they will get the finished product of the slave system and it will not be what they bargained for. Just like the majority are regretting deep in their hearts they voted for Donald Trump. They’re getting what they asked for and so much more is to come, all of it detrimental to the common man and woman. Now as to the good effects of December 9th 2010 much as been manifested from it. The 2012 hunger strike of Georgia, the 2013 hunger strike of California, the Free Alabama Movement and its day of solidarity 2016. Many both incarcerated and free have been awakened and motivated to get in this good revolutionary fight. Prisoners are now being given a chance to get some education, especially their G.E.D.s. Vocational training is being talked about and college correspondence has increased, the prisoners are trying to arm themselves and better themselves by getting a education anyway they can. Further there are now more revolutionary sparks spreaded throughout Georgia and AmeriKKKa. I realize that one has to accept the bitter with the sweet and that what inspires me and others to keep going. The Revolutionary seed is being planted on The daily and the current political climate will help to cultivate the present and future generations of men and women who refuse to be exploited by this imperialistic/capitalist controlled machine of oppression. Now let me be clear, December 9th 2010 was not the start of the current revolutionary movement but it was high octane gas that was thrown on a already smoldering fire, which exploded brilliantly into a fireball of determined resistance throughout AmeriKKKa’s slave system. It has played a major role in inspiring many to stand up and resist which is a very good thing. In being, I accept the good and bad of it with no regrets. If I had to do it all over again, I would gladly without any hesitation. Even though GA Dept of Corrections tried to lynch me and Comrade Miguel Jackson and the fact we’re still being punished and persecuted for having the courage to stand against oppression and exploitation, I’m still honored and motivated to be a part or cog in something that is greater than the individual. GA’s prison strike of 2010 December 9th 2010 was a very good thing!!

While being incarcerated for the last past almost 8 yrs. I have come into the realization that this govern-mental-system has been designed not for the purpose of helping one to rehabilitate himself but to continuously keep one in mental bondage: to tear you down psychologically, to dehumanize you, to strip you of your personal integrity. While being held captive by the Department of Corruptions I’ve witnessed individuals (and experienced myself) being treated as though we are robots. Robots, degraded through verbal and sometimes physical abuse as if we have no emotions. The public have no clue to the fact and matter of the unlawful treatment that is imposed on the lives of those who are incarcerated. True: for an individual to be placed behind these walls majority (not all) actually violated the law but then again; is it right that those same laws be violated by the officials in order to “correct” one for their mistakes of violating the laws?.. Is that Justice? You can’t stop the flood by pouring more water on it! No matter a persons crime the fact should not be disregarded that “the person” is still a living soul!!!… And deserves to be treated as such. Being convicted of a crime whatever level of severity and then being sentenced only means that one has been exiled from society for a certain period of time in order that one develop a better mentality and respect for the law supposedly set forth to govern ones morality, but how can a individual obtain this type of rehabilitative state when treated as if your life is worthless because of the mistakes you’ve made in the past? These particular tactics makes an individual harbor more hate and act more rebellious towards the govern-mental-system and its laws; awareness of the hypocrisy! Don’t get me wrong I am not justifying an individual’s actions who through this adversity still refuses to take the initiative to want to rehabilitate himself and also realize the destruction he is causing, not only to himself, but also to those around him. Throughout the Department of Corruption an individual is not deemed rehabilitated until he goes against his morals and principles and diminishes his integrity and dignity, what do you have totally committed yourself to doing and acting, not by the controls of your mind, but by the instructions of another “human being” just as yourself! By logic and reason how should this be considered rehabilitation when you were endowed with the same ability to choose and make decisions (freewill) just as the next person was endowed with. Certain individuals have a thirst for power, a yearn to dominate everything and everyone around them all the while disregarding the fact of infringing on the next man’s life and liberty. I’m speaking from my mind’s eye on the on-going matters that’s constantly being applied by the machine (in part) Georgia Department of Corruption (especially at Hayes State Prison); harassment by the enforcers (CERT Team), maltreatment and excessive use of force, daily acts of psychological disparagement is imposed in an attempt to violate one’s personal Integrity, refusal of meals, improper use of electrical immobilizer (taser), verbal threats of assault, and mainly, involuntary penal servitude. How can this corrupt Department be considered a rehabilitation center??? The type of treatment that one is subjected to is not apart of the sentencing from the judge, if so, then there would not be laws set to cover the actions of the officials!.. (In which there are). So with all this; I say to the people… Incarcerated lives matter!!! I leave as I come with,
