Doing decades: felony murder for a pot deal

Hello, my name is Preston Whiting, though most people call me Bahgeerah. Anyone familiar with Rudyard Kipling knows the name. I’ve written this in hopes you will lend ear. I’ve grown so much in prison this letter nearly feels like a hipocrisy. This place damn near took my all, yet it was the rock-bottom I needed to propel me forward. My heart will not allow me to sit here and tell you I’m completely innocent because I’m not. I’ve made mistakes in my life but the one thing I haven’t done is murder anyone.

In 2008 I was accused of felony murder with the felony being conspiracy to violate the Georgia Substance Act by distribution of marijuana. Cobb County alleged I did this by purchase or steal/theft of said marijuana. Even though purchase and distribute are two completely separate crimes, as the former is a misdemeanor if under an ounce and the latter requires possession which means I can’t do both at the same time. And is not steal/theft the lesser form of the armed robbery I was found not guilty of? In order to cover their misdoings with the murder charge I was found guilty of an aggravated assault in which the victim said I didn’t shoot him. They also did the same with a possession of a weapon even though their own detective testified he didn’t believe I had a gun. But with both the fact that I was driving the car and was near the person who had the gun made me guilty. I know this sounds like a John Grisham novel and I’m not asking you to believe me off bat. Please look into my Truth. Look into how after I spoke the truth it fell on deaf ears. Look and you will see how I argued with a person before and after he shot someone about the stupidity of their actions. How I damn near broke my neck running when I heard the gunshot. that day was a series of unfortunate events that I, literally, could do nothing but watch. So please investigate yourself and once you discover it I ask only that you do what God puts in your heart.

Since the 2012 hunger strike my new trial motion was denied as was my appeal but the judgment orders and both were completely contrary to each other and the blind accusations in which the indictment that never really accuse me of specifically doing anything. Without the God, family, and close friends I would not have made these seven and a half years. I can’t do twenty or thirty years waiting on justice, people die in here. This is the type of case that gets swept under the rug, but I am not a prime candidate for all this talk on drug reform. I got a murder charge based on the fact that I wanted to buy some weed, half an ounce. I’m sorry that a man died that day but the only one I owed an apology to was that man’s mother. I did and she accepted. I could not control the actions of virtual strangers. Every person, that day, I met either that day or the day before except one who I met a week and a half earlier. I wasn’t built for that life, I’m not built for this life, and I can’t change the past. When that man died a piece of me died with him. And if his mom is reading this again, I’m sorry, but know your son didn’t die in vain. All the struggles I went through that spawned from his death helped me become human and every person I’ve helped along the way is because of your son.
– Thank you.

Poetry from the inside: “Frustrations of 2015”

Children washing up on the beach like discarded trash
others lying in the street with bullets in their backs
and their momma’s can’t speak their hearts broken like glass while
their daddies feel weak because they can’t fight back.
See the tears rained in sheets when 200 village girls were kidnapped
and tears roll down cheeks when 200 student bodies found graved en mass
and their mamas can’t sleep for dreaming of their child wrapped in a body bag
and their daddies feel heat a warmth in their chest slowly driving them mad.
Now feel a hurt so deep when a car bomb blows up every child in it’s class
or a I.E.D. that sends a man home to his family and he’s missing both legs
How can you eat knowing someone’s starving just because they’re considered lower caste?
How can you be, when you’re silent consent equals violence against outcast? How can you be, when you know your world leaders have all this blood on their hands? So how’d you vote to agree, when your government’s the reason for all this opium and crack? So please don’t feign peace because you didn’t declare war on drugs you declared war on blacks… and in one way or the other we’re all black.

Poets behind bars: Negro Arabiyyah

Negro Arabiyyah
The War on Terror is starting to look like the war on drugs.
Where America treats Muslims the same way they do thugs.
Where they create a situation to oppress the already down trodden,
And introduce characters like Osama Escobar and Pablo Bin Laden.
So that cocaine and baking soda look like the world trade,
while both were out of reach of former nomads and slaves.
Yet both offered reason for the patriot and Drug Act
and the crackdown in the ghetto mirrored those of Iraq.
One sent to special housing units the other to Guantanamo,
now you tell me the difference between Arab and negro?!.

You’ve seen this before, because before
it was the Arab, it was the thug, then the Mexican,
then communist then the Irish and Italian
Immigrants, then the savage Indian and barbaric
African. America has never known peace.
Ask yourself why???

United Nations Against the Machine

Revolution greetings to all my brothers and comrades in this common struggle against the oppressive machine. I come today in the peaceful manners of mutual respect to all of fellow guerillas. May we all come to the realization of our cruel predicaments and the “must do duties” out conditions force upon us. We are prisoners who society has punished for violating their law but not once has society nor did the judges of society even consider a legislative sentence of treatment worse than the life of a wild animal. Our shelters prove to be inadequately maintained as the cells (cage) and eating areas are inhumane. Rodents, mold, structure ventilation and pipeline system dysfunctions are usual scenes in this condemned prison. We are treated like machines under a ruler with “no understanding”! Cursed and belittled by one’s own kind – another human being punished for doing right in this institution of wrong. We grieve our issues yet hardly ever attain relief! We attempt, unconsciously and individually, to lash out anger with physical transgression but are severely defeated by the oppressor utilization of unity; physically, mentally and under the color of law legally. Death (mentally, physically and/or spiritually) is sometimes the end result in our struggle to keep it together especially those who give up. Whether in the belly of the beast (hole)or in general population our common enemy proves its indiscrimination towards prisoners. No matter your race religion and/or social group we must peaceably assemble as one against this paper tiger machine in defense for all. First by knowing then utilizing our inalienable rights as humans, pledged souljahs of God and/or of our anti-oppressive social nations. Division is our internal worst enemy shield by the armor of ignorance. At its first sighting we must eliminate it at all costs. We are as one under the U.N.A.T.M. movement meaning all past group bias (beef) must be squashed in order for us to succeed in our great cause. One mustn’t doubt the efforts in his common striver position. Everyone cannot play warrior but everyone has to choose their place in this fight and work hard to achieve all set goals. Stand firm and know that difficult mishaps will occur in the middle of our battle. Personal agendas are concerns on personal time. This is the first calling / invitation to all “willing and genuine” Souljahz. Refuse to remain a victim of this peonage treatment. Sacrifices will be made in the world of revolution. Whether by violence and/or law the U.N.A.T.M. movement will obtain justice for the machine injustice we are conceiving and subjected to. I leave you as I will return to you with peace, respect, loyalty and courage to all of fellow Blaq Souljahs in this guerrilla warfare.

Power to our righteous force!!
In greetings and departures
Peace to the BLAQ soldiers

Black Child’s Pledge

I pledge allegiance to my Black people.
I pledge to develop my mind and body to the greatest extent possible.
I will learn all that I can in order to give my best to my people in their struggle for liberation.
I will keep myself physically fit, building a strong body free from drugs and other substances that weaken me and make me less capable of protecting myself, my family, and my Black brothers and sisters.
I will unselfishly share my knowledge and understanding with them in order to bring about change more quickly.
I will discipline myself to direct my energies thoughtfully and constructively rather than wasting them in idle hatred.
I will train myself never to hurt or allow others to harm my Black brothers and sisters for I recognize that we need every Black man, woman, and child to be physically, mentally and psychologically strong. These principles I pledge to practice daily and to teach them to others in order to unite my people.

Revolution for struggle evolution

The need for action is nearing. Unity is the key as the BLAQ courageous and righteous leaders see their commonality in each other’s struggles. This battle between the interrelated must cease if we want to see a better day. Self-oppression is our daily deeds as a whole. Making us sitting ducks in the machine pond of institutional and racial genocide. Inferiority isn’t a trait nor identity of the persistence drivers in our social oppressive society. It is a temporary state of confusion. Often we see our servants for the citizens of America murder and go unpunished. Judges, detectives and DA’s Lynch innocent people in their courtroom, even when proven to be prejudiced they still remain in the offices or seats of judgment. Another form of justified homicide. The constitution of enslavement serves no purpose other than to keep the blind commonwealth in a delusional secured state and deprive us of our sovereign rights.

Misinterpretation of our required education leaves our you with poor knowledge structure and a short foresight of their future. Government assistance programs are derived methods from the lab rats offices. Little at a time a place cheese in the corners of the maze. Enough to distract the mind from realizing it systematic way of thinking and searching for true Liberty out of the poverized project. Continuously they deceive the curious youth with negative influential programs such as Gangland. Placing a false image nihilistic social groups formed to rule their temporary block. Constantly playing images of their Vanguard winning small battles against the rebels/angry “humans” gathered together as one to exercise their First Amendment.

There is no justice it’s just us! Many of our fallen comrades and living comrades have shown that saying to be a fact. The United Nations’ words were mere whispers as they ordered the release of Herman Wallace (RIP) from the Angola torture chamber. New exceptions and stimulations to infringe our rights of self defense and bear arms continue to be devised and implemented. Taxation for a living has gone unratable. The eagle eye isn’t a vision of protection but a vision of empowerment, for the ends justify the means. This is just a glimpse of our worsening struggle if the people refuse to see the need for revolution to have a struggle evolution.

To be continued.

A Fight For What is Right Behind Enemy Lines: Brutal beating of prisoners as warden looks on

November 13th, 2015

Today a 11:15am a sadistic pig by the name of SGT Davis entered my dormitory (F-4) with the intentions to harass the prisoners in the dorm. Me and my comrade (Jordan Pack) had visited our mental health counselors warning them about this administration and its officers targeting F-building and certain inmates in the building. I had just informed my mental health counselor of the vision I had where they were going to jump on me which is also enclosed in my mental health record. As I was returning to F-4 dormitory Officer SGT Davis approached me and stated that he was going to shake me down before I went in: Even though this pat down is frequent when SGT Davis and I encounter each other, most of the time it is done without probable cause.

As I entered the dorm SGT Davis taunted my peers while walking by their rooms in a predatorial manner. The time frame now is 11:30am. The next ten minutes SGT Davis periodically walks through the dorm stating, “Today is the day y’all are going on lock down,” before he exits out f-4s back door. Not even a minute later he return back in the dorm with my cellmate Jordan Pack commanding the dorm to lock down. Mr. Pack then stated that he was doing this without reasonable cause. SGT Davis then stated, “Y’all are too loud!” and proceeded to call back up. After two minutes went by, Officer Wright (female CO) entered through the security door and asked SGT Davis if he was locking F-4 down. He replied, “yes”. At that time a mass of officers entered the F-4 dormitory including the rest of the cert team. They then start shouting, “lock down!” while Lt Shoemaker was asking Jordan Pack what is going on? As I made my way toward Mr. Pack and Lt. Shoemaker, SGT Davis bucked at Mr. Pack and then grabbed at his arm. Mr. Pack then snatched away from him as Lt. Shoemaker grabbed SGT Davis, commanding him to calm down. By then there were at least fifteen officers on the floor and surrounding us. As Pack and I start to walk toward our room SGT Davis pulled his mace out and sprayed past Lt. Shoemaker in an attempt to hit Pack with it.

From that point, Pack and I were separated in two large crowds. I was then punched by an unknown officer so in defense, I swung back in the crowd which commenced a brawl between SGT Davis, CO II William-Cooper and CO II Officer Murphey and I. SGT Davis began to kick me as his fellow co-workers punched me on the F-4 booth rail. Pack was barged out of the security door into the f-building stairway. After being hit in the back and leg with a nightstick, I fell flat on the top of the stairway. By now there were at least seven officers kicking and punching me while I laid on the ground. Cert officer Clavere Williams CO I repeatedly shoved the night stick into me as another officer drug me down the first flight of stairs. As I rolled to the bottom of the stairs the officers continued to brutally beat me and stomping my head on the concrete while CO II William Cooper had her knee on my neck commanding me to stop resisting! I yelled, “I can’t breathe! I can’t breathe!” Another crowd of officers then came running down the stairs with another inmate named Eugene Leslie. Beating him also while he was handcuffed. They stepped on my ankle and legs purposely.

The beating lasted for another thirty seconds before Lt. Alexis Williams began screaming “Go get the camera, Oh my GOD STOP beating him- Go get the camera!” Finally Cert Officer CO I Ms. Monk and SGT Selgato put me in both leg and wrist restraints and walked me to medical. All in which the camera commenced in recording.

I have minor cuts in my right temple, right cheek, right side of my forehead, a fractured nose with a minor laceration, swole right eye, bruise on the left side of my cheek, a minor gash in the middle of my head, swole nose, two knots on the top of my head, a stiff crook in my neck, back pain and what I believe to be a mild concussion due to the fact that I have had three migraine headaches a day that last two hours or better and I become dizzy every time I stand to my feet. The medical PA refuse to document these medical issues and give proper treatment.

After the physical altercation Cert Officer CO I White and CO I Clavere Williams return to Isolation unit in E-4 (11) and joked about how they beat Pack and I. At this moment Pack and I have requested to speak with mental health because prior to this event we both spoke to our mental health counselors about this on going harassment generally and individually. F-4 dormitory isn’t the only dorm being harassed and mistreated by the maladministration at G.S.P., its the entire building where they are housing close security inmates. This building is part of a cycle that keeps the Tier programming generating. Right now, on lockdown for the incident occurred in F-4 is Jordan Pack, Willie Coe, Eugene Leslie, Kevious Jackson, Jersey and I, LaDarius Colbert. We are all awaiting our tier preliminary hearing which will determine if we remain on Tier I or be placed on Tier II.

Pack and I have been charged with planning/conspiring/encouraging a disturbance/strike C02A and failure to follow instruction C15. Concerning our comrades their charges and condition are unknown at this time. The question is why aren’t we charged with assault on officer with or without injury and/or else of force? None of the physical conflict was documented even with the Warden Stanley Williams and Deputy Warden of Security Trevoza Bobbit being present at the assault. This assault/resistance was an event that derived from months of harassment verbally, physically, sexually and mentally. Many of our witnesses will remain in silence due to their fear of losing their job and/or privilege being population.

Today is November 15th 2015 and I am still having headaches and dizziness occurring peridically resulting from the brutal assault inflicted upon me Nov 13th 2015 in F-4 dormitory and in the F-building stairway. This event will expose this maladministration and its officers in violation of its own policy and standard operation procedeural code (s.o.p.) Being that Pack and I were never hostile toward the officers which can be seen on camera from the recording in f-4 dormitory. Out of the six, Jackson, Pack and I were the only three assaulted. The other three were snatched up because they were exercising their first amendment expressing to the warden how wrong th officers were for instigating this fight. Our resistance will not end now because the maltreatment has not ceased. In all righteous endeavors we will prevail in our struggle for the power to the people!!!

Georgia State Prison: Major scabies outbreak, neglect and coverup by staff

6/18/2015

I’m here at GA State Prison, in a steel coffin, I mean literally baking in this torture chamber at 100 degrees and rising. The ventilation system is non-operational, and the KKKorrections officers are refusing to serve dinner and lunch beverages, or even the mandated ice issue at each meal. We are suffering heat exhaustion, dehydration, and deprivations of all kinds. The food trays have transformed drastically to even less and more missing food items. The sanitation is non-existent and as a result of unsanitary living conditions and practices, there is now a major scabies outbreak here in both general population and admin. Disciplinary administrative segregation. The medical staff has been trying to keep the scabies outbreak covered up by mis-informing infected prisoners that they were only suffering severe skin irritation and itching due to dry skin. Since August of 2014 prisoners have been complaining of severe itching and skin irritation and submitting sick call request about the matter. Well on 6/15/2015 a nurse or PA identified thru labs results that the prisoners were in fact infected with scabies. The KKKamp is suppose to undergo quarantine on a major scale. The laundry and cell sanitation standards are none and there hasn’t been cell clean out given in over 2 months, and the laundry sits days at a time unwashed and thus the cross-contamination is manifested and the infection has spread to about 60% of the KKKamp, [that’s a guesstimated] percentage. Further prisoners are forced to shower daily in uncleaned showers the contamination has spread rapidly. Guess what? The medical staff are treating the white prisoners with difference at to how they are treated and the proper medical care. Black prisoners are told it’s a case of dry skin and given Clonidine for itching yet the scabies is left untreated. At times I feel like I’m in a P.O.W. KKKamp in the heart of Vietnam and all that is in this environment is the dark side to inhumane nature and all its freaky little madness. The warden has sunk to free-picking prisoners and placing them unlawfully on solitary KKKonfinement/Disciplinary Administrative Segregation [Tier Program] in order to keep it operational at GA State Prison. These prisoners are not given any type of due process thus this [Warden/house negroe] walks all over the 14th amendment to the United States Constitution.

100 Degree’s–Two men / single occupancy Cell

By Kelevin Stevenson
#570391

Well it comes as no surprise that Georgia state prison’s administrators would actually place a kkkorretions officer, who has been put under investigation and put on suspension for an unprovoked attack he commited on a prisoner earlier this year, on the Kkkorrections emergency response team. It is clear from this action that Warden Stanky Williams is incompetent and should be removed from holding any position of authority. I have witnessed just a few days ago, this same unprofessional Kkorection officer attempting to man-handle prisoner while the prisoner was in restraints and the supervising officer stepping into the situation and reminding said Kkkorrection officer. “He was wearing a body-camera and that there were cameras alll through the prison dorms.” at which time the sargent of the Kkkorection emergency response team took control of prisoner and sent his subordinate to do something else. The Kkkorrection officer feels that he is untouchable due to Warden Williams condoning even promoting this unlawful behavior. Yet the moment a prisoner take the necessary step to defend himself, he is charged with a felony and taken before a Kangaroo court and given more prison time to serve for doing what is his god given right to do and this is to protect himself from any type of abuse. Warden Williams seems to forget in his feeble mindess that not all prisoners are ignorant or illiterate to the law or that these are prisoners who have family on the outside that truly care and will take the necessary steps to expose and demand justice for their family members. History has never failed to show, that a tom-fool bootlicking Negroe will do any and everything he or she can, to please his slavemaster. The first thing he is always does is find a way, a new way to torture and maim the ones already oppressed in order to make himself seem / or feel as if he is better then these oppressed. Prime example of a negro that has sold his soul for a pat on the back from the plantation owner is a negro willing to place two men in a single occupancy cell with a toilet, that can only be flushed from outside the cell, a Negro that has two men housed in a cell with inadequate ventilation / air circulation with cell temperatures that avergae 90 and at time exceed 100 degrees and no steps have been taken to correct these living conditions. A negro that allows humans to be deliberately denied a properly prepared, nutritious food tray, with all the allotted food items and the federally mandated food portion sizes. Thus a Negro with a Adolf Hitlers mindstate, who sole intent and purpose is to deliberately malnourish humans, as one means to break a man’s mind and spiritually. First attacking and destroying the physical body in order to force compliance from these being tortured here in Amerikkka’s Prison / slave system. Yet it is stated for the record like a broken record that the tier program is not a punishment measure, but Ga. Dept. Of Kkkorrection actions and the actions of is supervisory are to be deemed anything but draconian in nature and in its forceful application. As a result society as a whole is robbed and victimized by effects of oppression points incarcerated citizens, thus contradicting and defeating the so called ideals of a modern day free society. How can a true free society exist, when its citizens are being tortured under the guise of public safety? How can this be a free society when the ones sworn to uphold the law break the law everyday and are more Kkriminal then the ones that are imprisoned? The reality of the matter is that state of KKKonfederacy is still operated and grounded in the ideals and principles of the old slave south and its Kkkonfederite polities. So here at Ga. State prison, its just Negros doing what negroes where manufactured to do, and that is be the best slave they can be. Yet let me tell it, nothing is wrong with that, and so as the world turns negros are bred and born, and the creations stand in awe at how slaves continue to exist. And Society as a whole can only shake its head and reap what it has sown. Well this was / is another from Ga’s Torture chamber.

Criminals in Blue Uniforms

Your criminal mind derives from past anguish and manipulative orders.  Hearts of pain and vendetta against present individuals who remind you of past opposition and betrayers.  So much anger and so little understanding causes you to make uncalculated decision.  Your spirit is entrapped within this institution of madness, staring everyone down with an evil eye.  Maliciously you complete your task of abuse set by the atrocious tyrant that lays down your orders.  Kindness is the nemesis of the oppressive administrator of law.  Your heart begins to rot off the understanding of no one’s perfect.  Your envious thoughts are displayed through your malpractices of ill deeds.  Your judgements of those you were assigned to protect, serve, and/or oversee are void for your mind is no different from ours.  You break the law of basic human respect for others as well as yourselves.  Your morals and principals causes many of you to dislike yourself.  Reluctantly, you cooperate with those who dislike your existence but love your servitude for a little of nothing.  You flaunt your delusional authority and unison amongst the system of thieves.  Nevertheless, when one of you chooses to stand on the true code of righteousness, you’re considered an outcast and the plot to eliminate you is instantly devised.  This system of abuse, extortion, capitalism, and institutional genocide refuses to live by its written ethics of rehabilitation and correction.  As the bible says in Proverbs Chapter 12:15: The way of a fool is right in his own eyes.  We are considered denizens (dead citizens) due to our past illegitimacy.  Hence, you display similar actions daily, violating our constitutional and basic human rights.  From the religious view you are Lucifer’s minions and from the legal aspect you are just criminals in blue uniforms.
